Monthly Rentals in Štinjan, Pula

The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and check-in was very straightforward and even earlier than agreed. Alen was always available and available for questions as well as an employee. Everything went smoothly, both Alen and the staff were very friendly and the house with its outdoor area, pool and barbecue just great. It took a maximum of 15 minutes to walk to the beach, and about ten minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. Pula is a 15min drive away. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbor also has no objection to a formal celebration. Upon request, the local bus system was explained to us and an expression of the timetable for the nearby bus stop was given. We broke a lamp and that was no problem at all after consultation with Alen. We (group of eight) were able to enjoy our vacation very much and would definitely go back.

We had a great stay and would fully recommend it. The house was just like the pictures, and spotlessly clean. The pool is very well maintained, but very cold in April! The house is really well stock with kitchen equipment/cutlery/crockery and we appreciated the fruit and biscuits left for our arrival. It’s a very short drive into Pula, which is full of cafes/restaurants/tourist spots. The hosts were very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Irena and Mario are wonderful hosts. We had a great time in the appartement. The Beach is very close and we wäre walking there within 10 minutes. All in all lovely people and a lovely place. We highly reccomend staying at this place!

Very friendly and clean. Quietly located and well equipped, beds comfortable. We drove 5 minutes by car to the beach. We were very satisfied.
