Monthly Rentals in Štikovica, Grad Dubrovnik

We were looking for a quiet place to stay near Dubrovnik and then fortunately discovered Ivan's listing. The other positive reviews actually described exactly what we wanted. And I can already say that it was even better than we had hoped. I've rarely met such a kind person as Ivan. Our flight was delayed more than 18 hours due to extreme weather and we were a little annoyed when we arrived. Due to the nice way of welcoming us, the stress of the journey was immediately forgotten. Ivan showed us everything, was always available to us and always with a good tip when we wanted to know something. The sea can be reached via a small, rarely used road and has access to a private bathing area with sunbathing facilities. Štikovica itself has few options if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, but in Zaton (35 min. walk) there are some alternatives. Ivan, thanks!

Maro was an excellent and warm host. He was attentive at all times to make sure we were comfortable. His accommodation was clean and tidy, I definitely recommend his apartment

This place is beautiful! The communication with Emily was good, the pool is very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Emily also provided us with snacks and drinks. We only stayed 2 nights but we'd definitely like to stay longer next time we come here :)
