Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Stiefenhofen

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we'll come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the big TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

Great apartment in a very nice location! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail for tourists and no questions remain unanswered. We were there with 6 people for 2 nights and were very satisfied!

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Christian was straightforward and super pleasant. We immediately felt comfortable in the cottage, it is very well equipped. It was a very nice weekend, the size was perfect for about 10-12 people. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

It was our first stay booked through Airbnb. We were not disappointed. The place is a dream and absolutely matches the pictures and description. Both we, our children and both dogs felt very comfortable. Everything was thought of and there was even a dog bed and a nap mat. Everything is furnished with love for detail and you feel super comfortable. Just a heartfelt thanks for the great hospitality!

We highly recommend this beautiful place! Everything was very clean. The furnishings are thoughtfully and high-quality decorated with attention to detail. The location is also very suitable as a starting point for hikes. The car can be easily parked in the underground garage or on the side of the road.

We had lovely days at the property. Above all, the oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

We felt super comfortable. The location was perfect for our bike trips. The communication was always very friendly and fast. The place had everything we expected and left nothing to be desired. There's a lot of love in it. The big street in front of the house is relatively quiet at night and the windows are very well insulated, so no problem at all. We were very, very satisfied and would come back at any time and warmly recommend this place to stay.

The time at Eric's Airbnb accommodation was simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Eric was the perfect host – incredibly friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. He gave us great tips for the area and made us feel absolutely welcome. The place itself was great! Everything was sparkling clean, very tastefully decorated and we didn't miss anything. You can tell that Eric pays a lot of attention to details. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy the time there to the fullest.

This was our 2nd visit to this fantastically beautiful place. Nathalie is incredibly hospitable, has taken care of everything to the last detail, provides you with valuable tips on walks, ski lessons, the tastiest eateries and the nicest towns in the area! We have enjoyed it again and our next stay here is already planned. We are already looking forward to it!

We were at Casa Limone over Pentecost. Since the weather unfortunately did not really cooperate, we were glad that we chose an Airbnb, which is so cozy. Everything was super clean and the two terraces are really great. The location is also unbeatable.

We stayed there for a few days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and in great condition, especially the fireplace was a highlight. We also liked the kitchen, super equipped and cozy. We had a good time and would be happy to come back!

Very friendly and communicative Host. House is mich karger than the pics. The Garden is large with outdoor seating area. The House has a fun basement with large tables, games and sofas. Well worth the money. Its next to a Industrial area but you don’t really see or hear anything.

Juliet and Tobias' place was a dream to be in. Very pampering and cozy. Outstanding views, from both the sauna and the spacious hot tub. Very spacious and equipped for a longer family stay. We came in June but would definitely come back in winter. Both Julia and Tobias were very communicative.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

Very nice place to stay for a weekend with friends or family. Spacious kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. Separated from the lake only by the (non-disturbing) railway line, great view, very large playground on the lake, thermal baths and downtown within walking distance. We'd love to come back!
