Waterfront vacation rentals in Stevenson

I had a wonderful stay at Sygarry’s place. The private bedroom and bathroom provided the perfect level of comfort and privacy. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to downtown/PSU and had easy access to transportation options like buses, street cars, and the Max. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Portland!

Linda, has put a lot of time, effort and care into her property. We could tell she is very proud of her place and it shows. The back patio was really what attracted me to her rental. She provides all the little thoughtful things from blankets, all the necessary items to BBQ. It was exactly what I had hoped for and more...

Shower 10/10, bed 10/10. These are the most important to me and they were great! Good location with shops nearby. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it was in the flight path of airplanes and you can here them in the morning, but ear plugs helped that. Overall a great spot, would recommend!!

We stay with Therese about twice a year and have done so for years. It is close to our adult granddaughter's apartment and is a great place for our family to hang out together for meals and movies and other family activities. We love the peaceful surroundings including many big, beautiful old trees and proximity to the river. And though we have been coming for years, we still discover new things. This trip two of the new things in the neighborhood include J&R Mexican Food on McLoughlin, which has very tasty and reasonably priced Mexican food, as well as discovering Stringfield Family Park only a few blocks away on SE Naef Rd. It is also along the Trolley Trail (another good things for fitness walkers to know about in the neighborhood. Stringfield is a lovely place to have a picnic or stroll along a creek whose residents include ducks and nutria, and if you have playground age kids, they will love the fun and creative play structures! We always love staying at Therese's!

Our stay was lovely! So many thoughtful touches, such a lovely space. Would be great for use as a base for winter fun on the mountain or summer by the river. 10/10 no notes!

this is a GREAT location on the river...we appreciated all the seating and citronella products...the patio area was LOVELY...

Best experiance ever for an Airbnb!!! 5 stars is not enough. i am already making plans to come back again. The property is beautiful, the inside is perfection, and felt like a retreat the moment we stepped out of the car. we felt spoiled and enjoyed every moment we were there. the only downside was having to leave. the bar is now set so high for anywhere else we go its going to be almost impossible to match this stay. I will be back again soon for sure...

Amazing Airbnb experience. I loved the sculpture garden and sculptures around the space itself. I felt more invested in the art when I went across the street to view the art gallery. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend!

Great place to stay to get away! Very close to restaurants and hiking trails but still secluded enough to make you feel in the middle of the woods. Wish we could've stayed longer, was a great stay!

An amazing, well furnished large home on the banks of a lovely river. If you are looking for an easy, access mountain retreat, or home base for skiing and hiking, you could not ask for better.

We enjoyed our stay and spent most days on the back porch overlooking the pond, sitting on the grass under the tree and walking through the safe neighborhood on the pathways (our busy 3 year old boy had a blast). Older house but clean and equipped with everything we needed. If the place was available we would have extended our stay (we booked their other house in the same neighborhood though.) Thank you Son and Jessica!

This was the perfect location for our stay during our son’s wedding weekend at Horning’s Hideout. We hosted a family brunch and the house was the perfect setting with everything we needed and more. Our guests loved the setting and felt right at home. We are grateful for our time at the house in North Plains and would not hesitate to visit again.

the place is very cute and accommodating. The best part was watching the Nutria and Beavers!!! it was so cool to watch from the back porch!

We stayed here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had such a great time! The space was ideal for hanging out—comfortable, spacious, and even better than expected. We played corn hole, grilled, and soaked in the hot tub with beautiful, peaceful views all around. When we had a problem, the host was super responsive and resolved the issue right away. Such a wonderful stay—we’d love to come back, especially during the summer!

This was a lovely condo, very homey and comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to bbq and enjoy nice dinners in.

Great location for walking on the waterfront and playing in the river. Brenda was wonderful with communication and was able to get a high chair and pack n play for our little one during our stay. Very comfortable beds and living space.

I had great help from the hosts when I had trouble finding the building in the dark. Emily responded quickly to any questions. Overall this is a splendid apartment that sits close to a major park and bike path. Bus stops nearby provide excellent transportation to and from downtown.

Phenomenal place to stay!! Easy access to downtown Portland and the highways, several good restaurants/bars within walking distance too. Willamette park being right across the street was great too, wish we could’ve stayed here longer! Will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in Portland, highly recommend to anyone.

Great walkability to downtown Hood River. Overall fairly clean place. Provided whole bean coffee and grinder. Kitchen well stocked. Large bed comfortable, smaller twin bed very uncomfortable for an adult. My 4 year old was ok to sleep in it but the whole mattress dips in the center under adult weight. Something to keep in mind if using.

Thank you Michelle and Sarah for a wonderful stay! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Michelle and Sarah were so accommodating with all of our requests, and were so kind to give us suggestions/recommendations since we aren’t totally familiar with the area yet. The place was so cozy, and a great location close to restaurants and shops! We will definitely be back, and will absolutely book with Michelle and Sarah again!

This was such a comfortable stay, and I’d gladly stay here again anytime I come to the Hood River area. It’s perfectly located between the Fruit Loop, downtown Hood River and lots of hiking. We felt so relaxed in this condo and loved that we could come back after our activities and relax and enjoy the view!
