With lots of light, comfortable rooms, this place is perfect for anyone searching for a cozy ranging from individuals to families. Only one Medium size Dog (20 Lbs) is allow during your stay. Pets MUST not be left alone in the property and MUST be on a leash when outside the house and out for a walk. No cats as Owner are allergic to cats.

Our home is close to Magic Mountain, Cal Arts, many parks, great views and restaurants. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has 3 large bedrooms; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a full on the bottom - twin on the top bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a queen hideabed in the living room. The paseos that run through the city are great for walking and biking. The hikes are wonderful also up Pico or Towsley Canyons.
