The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully decorated with a lot of love and is in a great condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also greatly appreciated the narrower terrace on the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and an underground garage where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you ask for! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you – we will be happy to come back.

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic vacation home. Our stay has fulfilled all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and peace seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

Definitely a standout and highlight of two months in Europe. Brigitta and Paul are lovely caring humble hospitable hosts. The apartment is lovely. The location is just spectacular. We enjoyed delightful walks into the mountains on both sides of this idyllically located accommodation, one by a cable car ride to the best views we’ve seen. Highly recommended to those who love a refreshing rural and mountainous holiday.

Very nice! We had an ant problem the first few days, but overall it was great. We enjoyed the balcony with the view - especially the shade in the evening. Breakfast at the "zummuellerhof" is recommended!

The view in front of the house was so beautiful and fantastic. The house was clean, and it was convenient to use because it had the necessary tableware. It was nice that the host was friendly and that I was able to communicate quickly when I needed help.

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

beautiful house and farm in the meadow on the slopes of the woods, in complete tranquility, you can take walks in the countryside and easily trips both to the mountain and to Vipiteno / Bressanone, the house is spacious warm cozy comfortable and there is everything you need both to sleep and to stay and dine, with also a beautiful balcony :-)

We had two great days at the Blosegg Inn. The location is fantastic - surrounded by nature - lots of peace - and a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains. The hosts are extremely friendly and open. Very good communication. The chalets are of top quality. Very great design of the rooms - (almost) everything made of wood - great indoor climate - very high-quality workmanship. And the breakfast is great. We'll be back.

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is super equipped and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The family welcomed us warmly and the farm is great for children. The location is very quiet and the view is wonderful. Highly recommend.

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. We stayed 4 days in this beautiful apartment with all the comforts. Stefanie was adorable, always helpful and welcoming. She recommended several activities and they were all wonderful. When we arrived, she greeted us with a welcome gift to best celebrate the beginning of 2025. Every day she made sure everything was going well and was always available in case we had requests. We also took advantage ofthe active card, there are numerous discounts that can be used. The apartment is in a very convenient location, a stone's throw from the highway, a large supermarket and Vipiteno downtown. All the descriptions written by Stefanie are absolutely in line with what you will find and we fell in love with them! We highly recommend Stefanie and his apartment, if we return to these areas in the future it will be the first place we will look for.

By chance, we came across the accommodation and looking back we can say - fortunately! As soon as we got out of the car, we were received very warmly by Anna and her mother. This positive mood lasted throughout the stay and in particular our children were lovingly cared for and even involved with the animals at work. We loved the place throughout. The lovingly restored farmhouse combines authentic charm with modern comfort and leaves nothing to be desired. The sauna with fantastic views and the many balconies to enjoy the sun at any time of day were very clear highlights for us. The location of the house is also ideal for all leisure activities. Hiking, sledding in Pfelders and a city trip to Merano were doable without any problems. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation. Thanks so much for the wonderful break!

The rental was incredible, spacious, well-equipped, quiet and the views are incredible whether from the accommodation or from the spa. Daniela is a really welcoming and kind person. It was a real pleasure to stay at Daniela's and I would go back without any problems.

We had the most amazing three night stay here. It was such a beautiful apartment with spectacular views. We felt right at home and honestly, didn’t want to leave. Some good hikes right behind the apartment too but a car is still a must to travel around the area. Giulio was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and had a lot of local recommendations. It was a public holiday / long weekend when we visited so cooked all our meals with ease in the kitchen. Will be returning !!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.
