Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Spacious apartment on two floors with a double bed and sofa bed. The terrace invites you to relax. The rural yet central location fulfills everything your heart desires. Lake Sims is 5 minutes away by bike. By car, you can reach the city of Rosenheim in 15 minutes. There is also a bus service to the city. From Rosenheim there is a direct train to Munich and Salzburg. The mountains and Lake Chiemsee are also accessible by car.
