This romantic cottage is located in the first row of the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the rocky island of Orust. Overlooking the calm sea and with its own jetty, it's hard to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, lovely bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will live out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Take a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
