Intill altanen ligger en bubbelpool. Stranden är perfekt för dig som vill paddla och för barn eftersom det är långgrunt. Utegym finns att hyra i närheten. Ett par hundra meter bort ligger en hamn. På Orust finns spännande utflyktsmål. Tätorten Svanesund med mataffär och pizzeria ligger ca 2 km bort.

Denna väl omhändertagna och moderna villa ligger i ett mycket lugnt och trivsamt läge i omtyckta Röreviken. Badrocksavstånd till nyrenoverad bastu och till salta bad vid bryggan en liten bit nedanför huset. Röreviken är ett barnvänligt och populärt område med närhet till Stenungsund, bara 5 min från huset.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.
