The residence has a generously sized entryway/mud room with space for recreational equipment. Walking distance to a swimming area, about 1,500 meters to a gas station with a well-stocked grocery store, bus stop 50 meters away. A family with children lives in the rest of the house, and the building is old, so the ceiling may creak a bit. In the garden, private garden furniture is provided, and there is parking on the property.

A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Welcome to cozy Timmervik. Here you live close to forest and sea. Perfect location for those who want to make excursions on the west coast and also have walking distance to the sea and nature. Beautiful swimming area with jetty and beach. Bed linens and towels are available to borrow at a cost of SEK 100. Maximum 4 (let me know if you need to borrow them) 10 minutes by car to public transport with good connections to Gothenburg and plenty of commuter parking spaces. 20 mins by car to kongahälla center and Stenungsundstorg.

Large and spacious apartment, centrally located in Stenungsund with proximity to the sea, gym, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Stenungstorg is a seaside shopping center with both major chains and unique stores with everything from fashion and accessories to home electronics and groceries. There are several eateries such as traditional bistro, burgers, Asian, Indian dishes, several pizzerias and sushi restaurants. For a coffee, we recommend Fikahuset with its homemade breads, buns and gelato or Espresso House.
