We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation located on Stenungsön in Stenungsund municipality. This completely newly built guest house is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and grill is available, as well as a berth for boats that do not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low water 2 m). We who rent out the cottage are mother, daughter and granddaughter. We live in a villa on the same property. Here you will find a functional and nice cabin about 200 meters from the sea and Norums Holme. You come here for peace and quiet and saltwater swimming. Sunny beautiful location with access to garden that offers berries, shade and space for play and coziness. The cottage has a washing machine and dishwasher so you can focus on other things. Refrigerator, freezer and basic equipment for 2 dogs and their 2 people. Welcome!

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km.
