The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. It was renovated in 2024 and has a spacious living room, a new kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination as well as 4 bedrooms with 1.20 m wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed. A large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and a garden invite you to relax.

Experience special moments in beautiful Vier- and Marschlande in this special place. Renovated in 2023, the apartment with about 70 square meters is located directly on a cycling/hiking trail. The Elbe is also minutes away by bike. Shopping facilities such as Rewe, DM, an ice cream parlor and much more are in the immediate vicinity. The approx. 33 km long hiking trail is ideal for bike tour, as well as hiking tours through a huge nature reserve, the Kirchwerder Wiesen.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. Our Heidehaus was built in 2001 in traditional timber construction with ecological materials and has a very beautiful and relaxing energy. It consists of two connected houses and is located in a very quiet residential area, right next to the beautiful Klecker Wald (Forest). The guest house was completely renovated in 2024 and has a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a sauna with an infrared/heat cabin. I live in the rear house myself with my family.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
