Amazing place! Great views. Great for kids!

We liked it very much and can only recommend the accommodation. You have to know that the accommodation is in a rustic style, but that did not bother us. S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away. Potential starting point for hiking tours, and for recreation by the lake.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. Nestled in a stunning location, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We were fortunate to enjoy glorious spring weather, which made relaxing on the lovely patio after a day of sightseeing even more delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's a 10/10 experience!

Upon arrival, everything was tiptop and inviting, from the mowed lawn in the beautiful garden to the very well-equipped house. Ms. Linder welcomed us in a very friendly way and guided us through the house. The beds are very good, everyone slept well without exception. Nothing is missing in the kitchen - the cake that awaited us there was very delicious, thank you so much! Toilets and showers are new and spacious, with underfloor heating. The bedrooms each have doors to the rooms next door, yet not much could be heard from there. We were here with children and grandchildren (between 10 months and 10 years), 16 people in total, and unanimously decided to rent here again next year if possible.

Lovely place in a quiet area with private parking. Plenty of space in the apartment. The birds were not disturbing us during the stay.

We were received in a very friendly manner by our hosts and looked after very personally during our vacation. The property is located in a small village with surrounding farms and is a very nice building. There are many interesting destinations in the area. Our dog also felt comfortable. This is how you want a vacation in Bavaria.

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

Everything is great. Location and connection to the hotel great. The only drawback of the room is by no means darkened at night.

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price – very convenient! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden could be used completely, including toys for the little ones – a great extra! Overall, a completely successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the amenities. The swimming pond is surprisingly chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, made for hiking experiences. Martin was always easy to reach. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back. Thank you so much for this great experience.

Nice, modern furnished accommodation with few flaws (kitchen table a bit worn, doors creak a bit). The apartment is clean and well equipped. There is free parking outside the house. There is a restaurant in the hotel next door. Veronica is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The area is great! In Seeg there is everything you need. The highlights of the region (Neuschwanstein, Füssen, Tegelbergbahn, Hopfensee, etc.) are only 15-30 minutes away by car. Only note: the apartment is pet friendly. I hadn't read that, but I noticed it right away when I opened the apartment with my nose. If you're sensitive, you should take note of this. It didn't bother us.

Spacious, bright and impeccably clean! This beautiful apartment on the second floor has wonderful views of the countryside and on a clear day we could see the mountains. It is a very quiet and serene area. I booked the two bedrooms and my son loved having his own space and watching the stars at night from his bed. I enjoyed the large doors in the living/kitchen area (all screened as well) that allowed the fresh country air to flow through the apartment while we relaxed after our outings. Driving to the Castles, Linderhoff Palace and other places was easy and the scenery is absolutely stunning here. Michael and Beate are very kind and amazing hosts, and gave us everything we needed and more. I cannot thank them enough for making us feel at home.

I was there for the second time and this time it was beautiful again! I love this place, the starry sky, the sweet decor with a lot of love for detail, the tranquility and relaxation that you find there, just everything! The second construction trailer is at a comfortable distance, you have enough privacy! Getting by without electricity and running water underlines the whole experience! Looking forward to the next visit!

We had lovely days at the property. Above all, the oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

I was there with my partner and we thought it was incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practical. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, like a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the existing kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother you. The communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a great area, and we felt very much at home during our time there. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really made our trip special. When we had an issue with our car, the host went out of their way to help us – we’re truly grateful for that support! The communication was smooth and warm from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the kind message after our departure. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was lovely. Everything was as described, in real life the apartment looks even nicer and bigger than on the pictures. The house is right next to a cable car and within walking distance is a great restaurant and an ice machine. The living room provided enough space for the children's bike beats and there were even a few toys on site. In the kitchen there is everything necessary and in the Bathroom was also not an issue for the children. The house is very quiet and the location just perfect, many excursion destinations can be reached in less than an hour. We will be happy to come back. It was really nice

We had a wonderful week in the cozy rooms. Everything is there that is needed.... for cooking, wood for the stove.... The hosts are so touching whether everything really fits, perfect 👍

We had a great stay at the Tiny House with our dog Mimi :) We enjoyed it very much - it is so cozy and beautifully decorated ! We especially made extensive use of the great terrace in the best weather. Thanks so much for the nice days!
