The stay was very nice and quiet. Perfect if you want to have a quiet and relaxing weekend. We loved the place, even though it was very small, you didn't feel cramped and the amenities were ideal. There was everything you needed and beyond! The decor is very stylish and our personal highlight was the window front next to the bed! We also had our two dogs with us. There were many walking opportunities and the dogs also felt very comfortable. We have nothing to complain about, but it would have been very nice if check-in had been possible at an earlier time and check-out at a later time as we would have liked to have spent even more time there. All in all it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the time very much! We recommend the place and would definitely come back!

Perfect accommodation for us, sufficient double or single rooms. Great amenities in the kitchen and the possibility to take drinks and coffee directly at fair prices was perfect for our weekend getaway. Optimal location for our trips to the Mining Museum and the Starlight Express. And finally, I would like to mention the good communication. If I look for something in the Bochum again, I will look for this place again:)

We stayed in the apartment to visit the musical Starlight Express and watch a soccer game in Dortmund. Both destinations were easily accessible. We were only there very briefly, so it didn't bother us that the apartment is in a kind of industrial area. The apartment was perfectly equipped, everything fits well together, the decor was thoughtful and stylish. And still practical. Thanks!

From the beginning to the end, we felt comfortable. Modern decor, everything as described. The special treat: The loving basket with toys and other extras for our four-legged companion If there is anything to complain about, it is the noise from the main road with the window open. In the evening, it was quiet again, so you could sleep relaxed. I will definitely return!

Although we only stayed one night in Nadja's accommodation, we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The apartment was very clean, modern and yet comfortably furnished and the parking was right outside the door. We didn't miss anything and would be happy to come back :-)

Adam's place was very nice and modern, just like the photos depicted. Everything was super clean and Adam was always on hand for questions. There were issues with the internet and TV one evening. I reached Adam the same evening and he took care of it the next morning and fixed the issue. Just great!

I've been with Barbara for a week and couldn't be happier that I stayed with her! After a problematic accommodation before, Barbara offered me a small paradise at short notice that is really worth every penny. The apartment is absolutely clean and well maintained, the bathroom offers full privacy, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly – all very important to me. The location is ideal: Shopping and restaurants are only 600 meters away. The beautiful garden can be used, and as a special highlight there is a sauna with a fire pit in front – perfect for cozy evenings. Barbara's kindness makes the stay even more enjoyable. I wish I could give her 6 stars, because they would really be deserved here. Thank you Barbara for this perfect accommodation!

The place was very nice and clean, hosts were very helpfull as well. When we arrived we were looking for the place to leave our bycicles, the host offered garage so we dont have to think about someone stealing it. Also we were looking for some place to eat and in notime, i got messaged with the reccomendation which was nearby. Easy communication and really felt like home.

We felt mega comfortable right away and were delighted with the furnishings and the loving details. A plus is the restaurant which is on the ground floor under the apartment, but which also pulls some smoke up from the garden area in between, which could be disruptive for very sensitive people. The windows are a bit noisy, and have screened the street noise little. All in all we had a great time, felt really comfortable and would come back anytime. The decor is incredibly loving and exceptional. The beds very comfortable, and Daniel super friendly and helpful.

We spent two relaxing weeks with Elke and Wolfgang as we moved and our new apartment was not yet ready to move in. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary things and was extremely clean and well maintained. In addition, there is the very friendly and helpful nature of the two. Within walking distance are a bus stop, bakery, ATM, Italian restaurant, playground, train station and nature.
