A really great apartment, with a nice terrace and garden! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, there was nothing missing. On foot you can reach a very nice lake to walk or swim. The landlords are extremely friendly.

My time with Friederike was beautiful! The apartment is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by beautiful nature – ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Particularly charming are the chickens, which can be observed daily in the garden of the owners! Friederike was incredibly friendly and helpful, so I felt welcome from the start. Since I was allowed to stay for several weeks, it became a real "home" for me, which I left only with a heavy heart! It was particularly nice to spend the evenings outside, enjoy the fresh air and end the day relaxed on the comfortable outdoor furniture. A perfect place for a relaxing retreat! PS: Greetings also from my sister and nephews!

the b&b is wonderfully quiet and rural just outside the village. the cottage was nice and cool because the shutters were left down. everything was present, a nice bed, a good shower and a full kitchen. we'd love to come back

We had a lovely stay in Haus Bilk. Everything was neat and clean and a wonderfully large bed. A nice quiet area for cycling and hiking. Communication was good and Hans gave us tips for nearby attractions. There was also a lot of information through brochure material in the house. Very complete.

Very cozy apartment in a quiet location. On the day of arrival, I received helpful instructions from Berthold, so I could find the apartment very easily.

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

I thank Mr. Hermann for his good welcome, very friendly. Small apartment with all the essentials to feel at home. Many of the extra items not mentioned in the description of the apartment, a much appreciated gesture 🙏

Was great. Everything was as described and beautifully decorated. Mal should note that it is an attic apartment and accordingly could get very hot in the summer but due to the good draft it is not a problem in the evening. Would recommend it again and again!

We were guests in Kraans Huus for 2 nights. A modern and very high-quality newly renovated apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Great description of the activities, there is also shopping nearby. Within walking distance of the castle in Bad Bentheim, highly recommended. Would love to come back anytime! Bea

We stayed with Christiane and Franz-Josef for the second time. Once again, it was excellent! The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Good beds. Good wifi. And a separate toilet and spacious bathroom. We visited the Christmas markets in Münster and this was a 15-minute drive so it is an ideal location to stay. Christiane was very quick in responding to questions.

Mark was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was simple and clean with everything I needed. I would happily stay here again.

Very good place! So close to the city center. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had great sleep because the bedroom is very quiet and peaceful. Also Tanja was very attentive and flexible.

Large, bright and very clean apartment. The garden and the house are super well maintained. The tranquility there allows you to relax wonderfully. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. I can recommend the accommodation without reservation :-)

Everything was at the best level

beautiful lake park! The Vechtesee and the city center are within walking distance. The city is really great with many lakes and rivers, where you can take a nice kayak tour. Overall, it is also very quiet, with little traffic and lots of nature. We felt very comfortable in the place! It's all new and clean. In summer at 32 degrees, the temperatures in the apartment were pleasant, although it is on the upper floor. We will be back!

What a lovely house, with beautiful roof terrace and a lovely hot tub. We greatly enjoyed it and everything met our expectations. Martin responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Münster and surroundings from a quiet and beautiful house. All shops, butcher, bakers and bakeries are within walking distance. In short, everything was great!

We were guests with four people at Benjamin's and felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described and superbly equipped. Not far from the property is a swimming lake and various restaurants. Benjamin is a great host and we would always come back!

It was a really great stay. The surroundings were very quiet. Mario was always easily accessible, super hospitable and accommodating. The accommodation had my expectations more than met. Both the apartment and the garden are super nice and large and very well maintained. It's really worth a stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment was super clean and everything you needed was available. We felt right at home. In addition, the apartment was tastefully decorated. The communication with Phil was quick, exemplary and super nice. When there was a short problem with the jacuzzi, he came right by to clarify everything. After that, he ran flawlessly again. It is very quiet and the amenities were very good. The hot tub in particular was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet have also been provided. In the kitchen, everything that is part of the standard equipment was also there. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
