A really nice apartment with great amenities (lots of small special features... from lint roll to safe, a fireplace, an Alexa to a very good basic equipment of the kitchen). Everything has been thought of. It felt right at home. And if you forgot something, you could help yourself to the super-equipped kiosk (from various things to eat or drink to toiletries). Payment based on trust. Quick and friendly communication and clear instructions. The house is located in a quiet residential area, with bus stop almost right outside. By bike you were in the city center in 15 minutes. So super doable.

The apartment is very spacious, enough space for 4 adults. The location is great, very quiet, close to the highway and thanks to the bikes, the city center is quickly accessible. It's a nice walk on foot. Washing machine was a big plus during our 2-week stay.

If you're complaining about the price here, I can't understand it. It started to feel right at home through pre-set warmth, lighting and room scent and in addition to the smell a nice atmosphere. Everything was super clean, except for the coffee machine where there was old coffee grounds in it, and the sink was still downstairs in the sieve. But what matters what should be clean was in pristine condition. The possibilities given here are more than described. Daa makes the whole thing even more exciting when you open the door, and only then see how unlimited the possibilities are Conclusion: it's all very small, but so spacious and super welcoming. The apartment is super nice. The bed is really good for sleeping with each other. Just for normal sleeping in my opinion a bit hard. But every person is different. I'd love to come back and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to try new things

It was a very nice stay for me with Jens & Thomas. The apartment is in a great location, is lovingly decorated and super clean, kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped. With stable Wi-Fi and a desk, it was also a great workplace for me. Jens and Thomas know Münster very well and are otherwise the perfect hosts, very pleasant in communication, uncomplicated and helpful. On top of all this, two exceptional pluses: A bike to rent and a great library in the apartment!

The location was great - very close to the lake and restaurants, 20 min walk to the center. There is also a bus stop one minute away, so it is well connected. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, has two nice balconies, good amenities (including laundry in the basement), quiet building. There were several restaurants, a playground and a convenience store withing 5 min walk. It doesn't have an elevator (and is on the forth floor), but we were able to leave the stroller downstairs in the basement/storage area. Also, there is no AC, but most of the times it wasn't hot enough to matter.

We stayed for one night at the property. The place was as described, in a very quiet location. The view from the window is a wide meadow, pure nature. It was very nice. We were received in a very friendly manner and everything was explained and shown to us. We had a flexible check-in and check-out. We didn't have to stick to a time. Very good and fast communication, we felt comfortable right away. There was everything you need. We would come back any time, we can only recommend it.

Very nice, quiet and clean apartment. The accommodation would certainly also be suitable for a longer stay. By car, you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes and a beautiful NSG in a few minutes. Expect real value for your money.

We stayed with Christiane and Franz-Josef for the second time. Once again, it was excellent! The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Good beds. Good wifi. And a separate toilet and spacious bathroom. We visited the Christmas markets in Münster and this was a 15-minute drive so it is an ideal location to stay. Christiane was very quick in responding to questions.

We only visited for one night, but it had everything we needed, including cooking. The interior is a little older (except the bedroom), but we felt comfortable and slept well. Petra is a great host. I was received very kindly, no wishes and questions remained unanswered. I felt totally comfortable in the apartment. It is very comfortably furnished and generously equipped. The location is great! Totally quiet and walking distance everywhere. Should I spend a few days in Osnabrück again, then hopefully again with Petra.

Everything was great! The place could be found right away, the check-in went smoothly, Günter visited me briefly on the first evening and gave me some helpful tips and instructions, he was very friendly, he was always easily accessible for questions as a host, the apartment corresponds to the information, everything looks like in the photos – in short: I was completely satisfied.

What a lovely house, with beautiful roof terrace and a lovely hot tub. We greatly enjoyed it and everything met our expectations. Martin responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Münster and surroundings from a quiet and beautiful house. All shops, butcher, bakers and bakeries are within walking distance. In short, everything was great!

The apartment was modernly furnished and very clean. The plus point was the made beds and plenty of towels. The highlight was clearly the hot tub, which was already heated up on arrival. The surroundings were quiet and shopping and bakeries were within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment!

We had a great stay. The apartment was super clean and everything you needed was available. We felt right at home. In addition, the apartment was tastefully decorated. The communication with Phil was quick, exemplary and super nice. When there was a short problem with the jacuzzi, he came right by to clarify everything. After that, he ran flawlessly again. We certainly weren't there the last time. Thank you so much for the beautiful weekend 🙏
