This beautiful apartment is located in Hohenaspe. You live on the upper floor of a detached house. The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a bedroom and a kitchenette that offers everything. There is also a modern, spacious bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Very good shopping options are within walking distance. The district capital of Itzehoe is a 10-minute drive away, Büsum is a 45-minute drive, and Hamburg is very easily accessible by bus and train.

There is a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, a shower room and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

In addition, the property has a unique 400 square meter glass house. Yoga, table tennis, food & drink and dancing...everything is possible here. On the illuminated boules court you can play here with a cool rosé until late at night. Delightful.
