Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. It is a 1 bedroom apartment which I rent out while on vacation. My bedroom will be closed off while I'm not there so the apartment is essentially available as a studio. The sofa pulls out to a very comfortable bed which is where guests sleep (ideal for 1-2 people). Clean sheets, pillows and towels will be provided.

I was in the apartment in March 2025. The apartment is beautiful, modern and you feel right at home. The images match 1:1. In the apartment there was everything you need. Highlighted - there is a cafe fully automatic. Maik and Penelope are really nice hosts and responded very quickly. Lake Constance is just a few minutes walk away. There were always fresh rolls at the bakery next door (also on Sundays). I would definitely book the apartment again. Thank you dear Penelope for the lovely stay.

We spent a week in the apartment “Cozy Paradise” and it was perfect. You immediately felt at home. The apartment is small but nice and above all very cozy and clean. It is also great that you have the privacy of an apartment, but can use the amenities of the "hotel complex". The modern pool was the highlight after a hike, for example. The fitness area is also well equipped. The building is a bit outdated and it is sometimes a bit noisy, but that makes up for the cozy apartment. Communication with Jenny and Sam was also always easy and very friendly and accommodating. We would mist definitely visit again.

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! I was there for a weekend race. Bregenz is small and cute and sleepy. I just needed a clean place near the starting line; it was super convenient and close by. My only issue with the apartment was getting the shower head to work. Thankfully I am small and fit in the bathtub

The apartment was recently renovated, spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It's in a great location—just a short walk to the city center. Paid parking is available less than a minute away, which was super convenient given the lack of free parking nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend.
