We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.

Magnum Ice Cream Caravan is a lovely little 2 bedroom gem located in the peaceful Steeple Bay Caravan Park. We are dog friendly and with the beach, restaurant and shop being only a 5 minute walk away (and next to a massive field for your furry companions) you're in a perfect location. There's a beautiful lake many people fish in and some caravaner's even take their jet ski's for a spin in the sea. Steeple Bay also offers a outside heated pool, arcade, family bar and playground for kids.
