Time out on the North Sea coast in the municipality of Stedesdorf in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, but still centrally located to Esens, Bensersiel and Neuharlingersiel. I am renting out my comfort vacation home in a rural location in Thunum, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2024, for 4 people from 6 years. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Additional costs, final cleaning, as well as linens and towels are included in the price. I am at your disposal for any questions.

Our beautiful apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea village of Werdum. It is located on a lightly traveled road. From here you have an unobstructed view into the distance. It is only 4 km as the crow flies to the North Sea. The apartment is 55 square meters and equipped for four people. Our guests can expect a spacious living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, children's room with two single beds and a shower room.

The historic Bürgermeister Becker-Haus, built 160 years ago, features a red brick facade with arched windows. The building is two stories high, surrounded by well-maintained pathways and greenery. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

A cozy attic apartment awaits you in the heart of the small city of Esens, on the North Sea. Located directly at the foot of the St. Magnus church, it is only about 1 minute to the market square and the pedestrian zone. The apartment was renovated in summer 2020 and has an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge roof terrace. A car parking space is right outside the front door. You share the hallway with the commercial unit on the ground floor.

A well-appointed bedroom features a spacious bed with soft linens and rolled towels. Natural light enters through a large window, enhancing the neutral color palette. Decorative elements include wall text and a touch of greenery, creating a calming and restful environment.

A warm greeting from the beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea coast! The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a zone of 30, yet in the heart of the beautiful '' bear town'' Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes' drive away.

An outdoor terrace features a wooden dining table with matching chairs, surrounded by a lush garden. The brick exterior enhances the charm of the setting, and large glass doors lead into the apartment, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."
