The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. Since it was just in the final phase of construction, there are no real photos yet, but the studios are really nice :)

Both lakes can be reached by bicycle in 15 minutes through the forest - 5 min by car. In total there are 4 apartments on the large, former estate. Up to 25 people can accommodate - so also ideal for family reunions, parties and weddings. There are bikes, a trampoline, a playground, rabbits, a small playground, and in the morning comes the baker.

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
