Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The apartment is part of Farmhouse La Collina del Sole close to Perugia in Umbria. We have recently restored this farmhouse and have been farmers for generations. You will therefore stay on a real farm, but with all you need for a comfortable holiday. Our panoramic swimming pool is another big attraction, overlooking the valley. This apartment for two is close to the swimming pool and totally surrounded by green fields. It offers peace and lots of privacy, yet shops/restaurants are close by.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.

The Il Monte apartment, on the first floor, takes its name from its garden side entrance, which is accessed via an external staircase that leads to a small covered terrace that can accommodate two comfortable seats for reading and relaxing and the table with private wrought iron chairs in the garden with a small gazebo.
