Questo elegante alloggio è perfetto per chi ama il design, la natura e le escursioni. Immerso nel verde delle colline friulane, vicino alla Ciclovia Alpe Adria ed altre mete di interesse (vedi nella guida). Ogni dettaglio degli interni è stato progettato con la massima cura, e con l'amore per l'architettura dei padroni di casa. Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Mitte April bis Oktober nach Absprache nutzbar Das Skigebiet Goldeck ist nur 3,5 km entfernt. Weitere Skigebiete befinden sich 30-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. 6 Km von Spittal an der Drau entfernt Zum Millstätter See sind es 10 min mit dem Auto Autobahn A 10 ist 3 km entfernt

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

L'appartamento si trova a 70km da Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione per il periodo estivo .. A 40 km la città stellata di Palmanova e verso il confine della Slovenia si trova Cividale del Friuli conosciuta per i Longobardi. Più vicino a 9 km si trovano Gemona del Friuli e Venzone .Per il periodo invernale le zone sciistiche sono lo Zoncolan a 35km , Tarvisio 45 km e Nassfeld

L'appartamento è composto da cucina, soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale, cameretta singola e bagno. L'appartamento è indipendente e dispone di ingresso anch'esso indipendente. In casa non è ammesso fumare e ospitare animali. E' inserito all'interno della casa in cui normalmente abitiamo insieme ad altra famiglia ai piani superiori. Le parti comuni (cortile e scale) sono fruibili ma ad utilizzo non esclusivo ma condiviso.
