Here there are very good sun conditions all day and until the sun sets in the west. The location is very good considering all the possibilities that exist in Jæren. The grocery store is only 350 m away, while the nearest town, Bryne, is only 5 km away.

The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a six year old daughther, and a three -year old boy, so there is child-equipment and toys available.

You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games room (pool table, darts, ping pong, and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Here everything is set for you to thrive! Please note: The pool is only open and heated between May 15 and September 15.
