The Copper Cottage - near the Appalachian Trail

ShannonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Cozy, adorable little cottage close to downtown! It has everything you need for a short or long stay, and plenty of room for a doggo. Amazing shower and cozy bed! Only ‘complaint,’ which is not even one, is that it got chilly inside at night and the heater was a bit difficult to use to raise the heat. Overall a wonderful weekend stay!

Tyro Mountain View Cabin

It was a great experience overall. Host was very helpful and place was a piece of beauty. We had 3+ hours of power outage due to weather conditions. Host was very helpful during that time. I wish there was a standby back up during the power outage. Overall, me and my family loved the place.

Queen City Cottage - Walk Downtown

EmmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Staunton is beautiful and this home is the perfect location to walk anywhere. We walked downtown every day, just a quick drive or walk to Montgomery Hill Park, a walk to the baseball stadium, and a quick drive to tons of hiking! The house was clean, had everything we needed, and they even set up dog bowls for our pup. We especially loved hanging out on the front porch. Will definitely be back!

Wow…just Wow! This place was awesome! Super clean and comfortable and every room is so tastefully done. Cool outdoor space. We loved the neighborhood and being in town…didn’t use our car for a few days because we were so close to everything we were interested in. Katrina was a wonderful host and communicator…made everything easy. If we visit Staunton in the future, we’ll definitely want to stay at Katrina’s place again!

•Staunton | Boho Bungalow•

LindaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had never been to Staunton before, so we didn’t understand what the different areas of town would be like. We got lucky with this place because it is in the quiet, historic part of town. Within a couple of minutes we could be down on Beverly Street for the shops and a Remedy burger. The home is well kept, and we loved the decor! It is an easy place to relax. Devan was attentive before and during our visit, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. If we get back this way again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Best views in Highland County !

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Oh my, if you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded stay, you’re in for a treat! The noise of the world was quieted in this pristine location, surrounded by rolling hills, pastures, a big open sky, and farm animals. Don’t expect to find much to do in the area, this is simply a retreat, away from the busyness of life. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here, particularly the quiet mornings on the porch overlooking the beauty and the evenings in the hot tub watching stars and being surrounded by almost complete darkness. We had a lovely chat with Kevin the first morning that we were there - he is very authentic, kind, thoughtful, and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate returning to this gem!

Enchanting, historic home - short walk to downtown

Rita McGillRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Sweet Little Darling stay was charming and comfortable. I only wish we could have stayed longer to gain even more of a feel for the place and the area. The home is an effective blend of historic detail and modern convenience. We had a toddler with us, and so understandably, we were especially mindful in using the front and back stairways. The place is one of the cleanest Airbnbs in which I’ve stayed and definitely deserves its “5” rating.
