This cosy place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Whether you want to go shopping, have a meal in the historic centre of this medieval town or take a walk on the riverbank of the meandering river Inn, this place is in the middle of it all. Many Medieval structures of Wasserburg remain intact, giving the city a unique character. The “Altstadt,” where the apartment is located, is an easy bus ride from the train station, making everything accessible without a car.

The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Directly on a bicycle road, we rent an apartment in a secluded location with kitchen-living room and bedroom as well as a large terrace on the 2nd floor of a former brewery table lock around 1910. In 7 minutes walk you are in the historic old town of Wasserburg, in 2 minutes to the theater. Large shopping centers are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is secluded. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed (130 wide), and a children's cot is also available.

El Bohio - View, garden, stories, excursions

El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
