Our vacation home is furnished with modern and luxurious furniture, as well as a sauna. It is located in the heart of Vasoldsberg (25 min. away from Graz) and it is the ideal place to relax and regain energy in a luxurious setting and the tranquillity and good air of the countryside. Our vacation home includes a private sauna, a spacious living room with kitchen, one bedroom with a bathroom and two patios. There is a bakery in walking distance and there are walking and cycling trails.

Herzlich Willkommen! Wir befinden uns auf circa 800 m höhe und nur 10 min Autofahrt entfernt vom Berg Schöckl. Einen Ausflug auf dem Berg sollte man nicht verpassen. Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander. Der Wald ist moosig und die Luft rein. Unser Airbnb ist Familienfreundlich und für Naturliebhaber. Zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
