i was consciously in this apartment for the second time, because everything was already perfect last time. The price seems to be slightly higher than an equally large accommodation in Graz, but you also get a great apartment for your money. When it comes to amenities, you've obviously thought about what you need. Small terrace perfect to enjoy the ending day with a glass of wine in the evening. All my questions were answered quickly and kindly. Marie-Luise and CoHost Chris take care of themselves perfectly. Thank you for the opportunity to use the apartment Frank St.

Unfortunately, we only booked the apartment for one night. There's plenty to see in the area. Communication was excellent. The bed is not the widest, but very pleasant to lie down. Overall 1A! Glad to come back!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

Quiet & modern apartment in Graz

I stayed at Joyce's apartment for 7 weeks and felt at home. A big plus is the quiet location and the parking space belonging to the apartment, as there is a large short-term parking zone in Graz. I had my bike with me and was downtown within 13-15 minutes. The apartment is well equipped and when the sun is out, you have the opportunity to relax on the balcony. 2 supermarkets and the MurPark (shopping center) are also nearby and easily accessible. Getting to the city center is a bit more tedious, but also no problem. I can only recommend the apartment and would come back anytime! However, what I now find impossible are the insanely high (and unfounded) service costs of Airbnb - but Joyce can't do anything about that! :)

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.
