Nayid was a great host, very responsive, helpful, and always proactively asking if we needed anything. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description.

Kimberly’s place is fabulous. The location cannot be beat - you’re close to everything yet have the peace of a quiet street. The apartment is well appointed and impeccably clean. The instructions are very clear with lots of suggestions for great things to do. I hope to stay here again.

Very quiet neighborhood out in Queens. A long trip to get to Manhattan everyday, but bus stops to get the train were close by. There were a few good restaurants and cafes about 15-20 mins away by bus or Uber on Roosevelt Ave and Northern Blvd. Uber was always a few mins away if we needed one. 5 stars, but our complaints were the beds and a bit of cereal crumbs left on the couch. Each person in our group felt the beds were not very comfortable, but not horrible either. The place was clean overall. Very convenient to LaGuardia, a couple supermarkets close by that you can walk to.

Stayed for one night for a concert in Manhattan. It’s about a 45 min-1hr commute if you don’t have a car but very easy. The apartment was the perfect size for the 3 of us and in a very nice area. There are lots of steps up to the apartment door so something to note if you have accessibility needs. Overall it was lovely. Thank you Alexander!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

Hilda was the most amazing host. The house was beautiful. We were over from Ireland doing a show and it was the perfect place to rest after a hectic week. Stunning, clean and had everything and more. Even small things like toothpicks, toothpaste etc. Just amazing. The price was great too. I feel like Hilda doesn’t overcharge like a lot of places in NYC. I quite honestly would love to return!

The place was great, everything worked, and Franco was helpful above and beyond the call of duty.
