Condo vacation rentals in Staten Island

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

Great location and good value for money. The PATH is a 10-minute walk away, which makes getting to NYC easy.

Centrally located, safe parking, everything was as advertised.

Great place to stay! The showers are so relaxing. Close to everything you need. You won’t need to bring any toiletries as everything is stocked. Very clean!

Visit the area multiple times a year very familiar with this area but even if you aren’t train access real easy.

We immediately felt at home and did not regret for a minute having taken a hotel in Manhattan!! The house was super cozy and lovingly furnished. The beds were big and super comfy. We were able to sleep wonderfully! Great amenities (shower cosmetics, hair dryer, pharmacy, etc.) Everything was available!!!! Ella was always available to us and always responded quickly when we had questions! On the day of departure, we were even allowed to stay longer in the house, as our flight was only very late. Thanks again for that ;) The bus stop was around the corner and only 3 stops (10-15 minutes) from Manhattan! We had a great vacation in a 100% recommended accommodation!! Thanks for everything!

House was clean and beautiful, just as pictured. Check-in was easy, Host responded very quickly when I had a question. Bed was comfortable, house and neighborhood was quiet. We would stay there again 😀

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

The apartment is of unparalleled quality, great brightness and very bulky spaces. Everything is available for our stay except household products or a vacuum cleaner, but we always find something to get by. The neighborhood is friendly, in 30 minutes maximum, we are at the World Trade Center, large park nearby, side shops available. I want to highlight the availability and speed with which the owner responds:) Thank you for this great apartment!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

We had a great stay for our mini spring break vacation. It was 2 moms and 2 - 9 year olds and we never felt unsafe. The Amtrak station was a short uber ride away so it was easy to access. The host provided towels, washcloths, detergent and a welcome snack which is always nice touch. The host was also very responsive and provided clear instructions on everything we needed while there. It is a walk-up building so be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs (it really wasn’t that bad) and we did notice the neighborhood was pretty noisy with loud music coming from cars and sirens throughout the day. Overall, we would still stay here again if we ever visited Newark in the future.

Our stay was great! Everything about this place was perfect for our trip to Brooklyn. Thomas is a responsive and great host! We’re grateful for our stay and happy with our decision to book here!

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

I was looking for a place to stay for my family of four which included my husband and I, our 6-year old, and an infant. Freda's home fit the bill! It was wonderfully located - near so many wonderful restaurants, stores, and parks. It was absolutely spotless! Freda was incredibly responsive with every question I had. Her instructions were clear and thorough and there were notes around the home explaining everything we needed to know. I would stay at her home again if we came to visit the area in the future.

Eun Seon goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable! She has been proactive in communication and gave clear, detailed instructions for check-in. I love coming to Pal Park for Korean food, and this place was in great proximity with a secure parking spot. Like many other reviews, I highly recommend coming here, and I would love to stay again in the future.

The pictures don’t do the place justice. Cristin has done a beautiful job curating her space. I would describe this place as a cross between our deco, vintage French, and Femme designs. The condo is pristine and quiet. The highlight of this listing is the beautiful host. Cristin Is America sweetheart. she made sure I got to and from the train station safely, she prepared meals, allowed me to hang out with her and her friends, and extended check out for a late train departure. I will definitely book again.

Farzi was a very welcoming host and provided a comfortable environment. there was an added bonus for me. i was able to practice my tennis serve on one of the 4 courts. i didn't make use of the swimming pool though. i thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay.
