Nannai Residence is an excellent place for families, especially those with small children. many pools, easy access to the beach that has a quiet sea. The apartment is very functional, has air conditioning in the bedroom and a large living room with a wonderful balcony.

Very cozy, organized, clean and very preserved apartment. Great building, excellent location, very close to several bakeries, close to the mall, and also, very close to Praia de Boa Viagem. My husband and I love it, and if there's another chance to stay in the same place, we won't think twice.

The stay was perfect, Pedro's apartment was the same as the photos, super clean, we felt very comfortable. The location was great, we walked to all the places we were interested in going, from the apartment to Manaíra or to Ponta do Seixas, we don't need a car for anything. Pedro always responded quickly and the staff at the reception of the building was always very cordial and attentive. The view of the pool is breathtaking, and the in-room hammock is perfect for resting after the beach while reading a book. We simply love and next time we visit João Pessoa, if Pedro's apartment is free, that's where we're going to stay 😊
