I rented it for about a month, and the location was great for what I needed. Close to hospitals, markets, restaurants and the like. There is a great little square very close by, with a chapel that I found to be the most beautiful thing (I passed by there every day and was delighted), the view from the Flat is beautiful, the Flat is totally organized and useful. I talked to Pedro only by messages and whenever I had questions he answered me well. I highly recommend it!

One of the best places I've ever stayed, I loved the apartment, only the exit was a little tight with my pick-up truck, but everything is just right, close to everything, it's very close to the beach, you don't need to take the car to go. Lots of convenience nearby. Very good

The appartment is amazing! Spacious, beautiful decor, cozy and with a perfect view of the city! It's close to absolutely everything. I suggest to those who go to look at the map before taking the tours on their own, as there is access both by Solânea at the top and Bananeiras at the bottom. Super recommend.❤️

Impeccable apartment with everything we needed. The very cold night with a perfect leisure area for my family, by day the apartment does not get hot. Parking right in front of the apartment and super easy to access. Television in all rooms, bathrooms clean and with hot water. Comfortable beds and sofa bed good to sleep a few nights. We missed a coffee strainer and locks in the bathrooms, but this did not affect our stay at all. We had everything we needed at our disposal, either inside or outside the condominium that actually has a wonderful location. We will rent again on other occasions. In relation to the host, super helpful and available person, they pass security every step of the way.

The apartment is impeccable, with a clean and organized atmosphere that conveys coziness and tranquility. Each room is well lit, with pleasant and functional decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is well maintained and arranged in a practical way, while the air is fresh and the overall feeling is one of care and zeal. However, the entrance has a small setback: the doorman, on two occasions, tried to prevent access, which can cause some discomfort. Despite this, the interior of the apartment compensates for any inconvenience, being a comfortable and well-maintained refuge.

I stayed with my family and we all really liked it! The flat is beautiful, clean and well organized! The host was super attentive, and the communication was great. She even left some treats for us in the flat. We'll definitely be back at another time!

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting. The accommodation is excellent, exactly as shown in the images. A giant peace because of the silence, you can hear the wind in the leaves, the crickets singing... Having breakfast lying in the hammock, enjoying the silence was golden! The kitchen has all the necessary items, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pots, frying pan, cutlery and dishes. Outside there is a small balcony with a tank, clothesline, broom, shovel, in short everything you need to maintain the organization of the house. As for the location, it is about a 20-minute walk from Centrinho, for those who have difficulty getting around or are lazy to walk it is not a good option, by car/motorcycle it is very easy. America contacted me through WhatsApp and gave me all the necessary guidelines clearly and my check-in and check-out were super easy. I highly recommend it!

The stay was great, the condominium is very quiet and the flat/bungalow is in a very reserved position, giving plenty of privacy. The beach in front of the condominium is great, calm and shallow sea because of the corals, perfect for children to play and adults to relax. The condominium already has a structure with chairs, a table and an umbrella. Clean and organized house, air-conditioning working well. Leila also quickly answered the questions that came up! Anyway, I went with my family, a total of 6 adults and 4 children, including my 2-and-a-half-year-old son, and we all loved the place and the house!
