Spacious, high-spec apartment with views facing a quiet plaza. The apartment is in a perfect location with parks, restaurants, grocers, and cafes downstairs and all within minutes walking distance! It is in a lovely and safe location to explore Mexico City. Carlos is a very responsive host. We could not find the apartment when we first arrived (as the maps were mapping us to 2 different locations), and he was very helpful in finally getting us there. The A/C was a big factor for us, and I’m glad the apartment had it! The 2nd bedroom is small, but it was otherwise a very spacious apartment for our family of four.

We had a fantastic stay in the neighborhood of Condesa for a week. Check-in was straightforward and the building is very modern and secure. The apartment itself is bright with large windows and lots of light which was always nice to wake up to in the mornings. The bed is also very comfortable! The area itself is a bit further away from the main parts of Condesa and Roma but it was very easy to walk around as needed. We unfortunately had some minor medical issues pop up during the stay but Maria was extremely helpful in getting us a visit from a doctor which we really really appreciated. Overall, we had an absolute blast in Mexico City and would definitely stay here again when we come back to the city in the future. Gracias for hosting us!

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip. Komfortabel, großzügig, gehobenes Niveau, tolle Terrasse, toller Pool, tolle Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand und Sergio hat alles bestens organisiert. Unser nächster Trip nach CDMX führt uns sicher wieder in Sergios Wohnung. Kleiner Hinweis: montags ist der Pool wegen Pflege geschlossen.

The stay was great. Like all places there are things you wish were different, but nothing here that bothered me would probably bother others. And the good far outweighed any of my complaints. Alma place was a great stay in a desirable location.

An open living space merges indoor and outdoor areas, highlighted by a minimalist kitchen with a concrete island and black pendant lights. Seating options include two woven chairs and a long, wooden bench. A natural fiber basket and decorative pottery enhance the ambiance.

This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I loved the outdoor living room with the large island with lots of stools. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. This place really had everything that we needed. The location was also fantastic! It was near so many great food spots and walkable to a lot of places. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.

Excelente estancia en este alojamiento muy cómodo, muy bonito y acogedor con los servicios q se necesitan para la estancia, el anfitrión es super atento y está siempre al pendiente , un punto super destacable es q está muy cercano a una estación del metro lo que hace excelente la movilidad por la ciudad, la zona super tranquila y muy bonita , proporcionan suministros por el tema del ruido de los autos y demás , que la verdad no utilizamos por que a nuestro parecer es el ruido normal de cualquier ciudad, así que esto, no nos causó ningún malestar, descansamos super bien.

Thanks Felipe for such a great stay! Your apartment was clean, beds comfortable, and rooftop deck was a great way to watch the sunset! The location allowed for us to walk though parks and tree lined streets surrounded by excellent food choices. It was our first visit to Mexico City and we couldn't be happier with the choice to stay at your apartment.

loved the place, extremely confortable, spacious well lit and put together with everything you may need, location is unbeatable. 24 hour security available for anything. just 1 flight of stairs to get up to the apartment. Hosts were responsive when we had an issue with the hot water that got resolved right away. I can't wait to go back. it's a great deal

Perfect location and amenities! Beautiful neighborhood, convenient location that was walkable to the best coffee shops and restaurants. All the tourist destinations were just a quick uber. The unit was great for a family w 2 BR, 2 BA and a washer/dryer. Rooftop space was amazing. It was so nice to be able to do sightseeing things during the day and come back for the pool in the afternoon and to watch sunset over the mountains from the rooftop deck. It felt like being at a resort, but with all the activities of Mexico City.

Es la segunda vez que utilizamos el mismo lugar por la seguridad y ubicación estrategica. Un poco de ruido en la noche, pero se vive con ello. Los colaboradores muy amables y atentos. El lugar muy aseado. Es un lugar ideal, cerca de panaderias , farmacias y tiendas. Se toma el Uber con mucha facilidad y seguridad.

I stayed at Myriam’s place with my husband and 3 year old son. Everything was perfect. The apt is clean, wifi is fast, it is safe, and in a great area. Myriam is the most gracious host. She happened to be in the building upon our arrival and was able to come show us how to use the washer/dryer. My son was also sick on the trip, and she was able to help us get an appointment with an amazing pediatrician. I am so grateful for her kindness. She was extremely communicative and always available to help. I would definitely come back!

One of my all-time favorite AirBnBs. The pix on the site are beautiful but don't fully convey the graciousness and expansiveness of Roberto's apartment. In the combined living/dining room, there is a 60 foot expanse of floor to ceiling metal-framed windows which look out over the tops of jacarandas and to the city beyond. The layout is utterly unique with a sophisticated, curated decor. You won't stop finding little gems in the built-in shelves. After a long day of navigating the maze of Mexico City, returning to the apartment was always recharging.

A living area features a comfortable orange sofa facing a large television mounted on the wall. Natural light enters through a nearby window, while a dining area and kitchenette are visible in the background, creating a functional and inviting space.

We were so happy with this apartment and its location in the Condessa neighborhood. It was beautiful area and after a day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Odette Bakery is within 2 blocks and that was a bonus! This place was perfect for us and our grandson. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Está muy lindo, tal cual las fotos, en la esquina hay unos taquitos muy buenos, si vas a usar el metro tienes muy cerca la estación san Cosme y en general se conecta rápido con varias zonas de interés, sin duda regresaremos. David es un excelente anfitrión, responde rápido y es muy amable. Recomendado al 100%

El alojamiento estaba igual que en las fotos, está muy bonito,limpio y seguro. Muy agradable lugar para quedarse, ya que cuenta con seguridad para ingresar y al salir, nos sentimos muy seguros en todo momento. El departamento tiene dos cuartos con camas amplias, y baños completos que se agradecen en un viaje. Único punto que consideraría para personas que buscan una linda vista por la ventana, en el momento de mi estancia estaba en construcción de obra de Hotel enseguida, lo cual podría opacar un poco ese punto, y además tener que cerrar las persianas, ya que, hay personal de construcción trabajando por las mañana y un poco de la tarde. Pero sin contemplar eso, el lugar está perfecto.

The host Angus, was the bomb! Truly the host with the most - immediately addressed all concerns. Place was perfectly located between two awesome barrios and surrounded by parks and world class food. Are plan now is to move to CDMX - yeah, one trip and we’re hooked!
