You can go without fear… the place is very clean… new air-conditioning, good bed, the place is close to a restaurant, bakery and pharmacy… Uber picks you up and leaves you at the door. Claudio is an amazing guy, very good people, we even went out to lunch nearby.. I really enjoyed it, I'll be back more often. I felt at home

The house is JUST like the pictures. Extremely clean, organized environment, the house is complete , has all the necessary items for a quiet stay. Everything in the house works. Air conditioning in every room. Clean Pool. The house is very close to Beira Rio, you can walk around without problems. Communication with Albatenio is easy and quick, in what I needed (and it wasn't for problems), he was always helpful. This house is one of the best of which I have ever stayed. Indicate with eyes closed. I hope to be able to return to it soon. :)

This is the best airbnb in the capital in relation to the location and quality of the condominium. You'll be close to the main restaurants, bars, malls. It is in the heart of the east zone of Teresina, close to everything. Mariana (host) is very helpful and kind, the condominium has easy access. The apartment has a suitable space. It was quite worth it!.

I highly recommend staying in the accommodations, my family and I felt right at home! There is a market in the same block as the apartment, which is super useful, wonderful especially for those who go with children, there are toys and a swimming pool in the condominium!!! no words... highly recommended

Alexandra’s place is great. Really nice apartment and amenities. Great neighborhood, you have a lot of options for restaurants and bars around the area, everything there is drivable, not walkable.

Super recommend the accommodation. It's definitely worth every penny. I've looted other places, but in a few I felt so at home. Cozy apartment, all clean and smelling, complete kitchen with stovetop, air fryer, sandwich maker, cutlery, glasses. It has a mini laundry room, TV in the living room and bedroom, hairdryer, iron. There is still the kindness of having coffee, tapioca and couscous pasta available. And not enough, the host is quick to respond and flexible in meeting your demand with extreme courtesy. I recommend and need it again, return!
