Hosting was great and before even getting there, communication with Uelson was good. I made the reservation for my parents who are a little older and everything worked out, even though it was their first time on Airbnb. There was only one problem of great arrogance, lack of education and patience on the part of the receptionist of the building who mistreated my parents, but this is not relative to Uelson or the accommodation, but of the person who works on the spot welcoming people. Regarding the accommodation they loved and was well worth it

I consider the best hotel in Belém. The neighborhood is very good and surrounded by good restaurants. The room is very large as well as the bed.

Larissa was extremely pleasant and receptive, helped us with everything from the beginning, informed us about coffee schedules, gave us numbers of restaurants so we could have dinner and the other day, went to buy lunch for us because we were with a child and it was difficult to leave. Super satisfied with our stay. The room is exactly like the photos! Do not leave anything to be desired, extremely smelling bedding and towels, one comfort only! It has café corner ❤️ The hotel is wonderful, the pier gives you an incredible sunset! The attentive receptionists, has a nice restaurant too. All wonderful!
