Very nice and cozy house, well-equipped and centrally located. We really feel at home. It was six unforgettable days and a lot of family rest. I highly recommend the house as a lodging option in Atins, especially for those who like privacy, who sometimes want to cook their meals and want to have a space to stay at home among the amazing tours in Lençóis, on the beaches or in Rio Preguiças. We hope to be able to return soon.

The house is very good, we think even better than the listing photos. Beautiful house, tasteful decor, very ventilated, clean areas and very good for living together, the river area is also very good and quiet. We loved it and it's definitely a hosting option. Mr. Euvaldo and Cau are great and attentive. I recommend it.

Our stay was a good one. The host was very kind to us and the concierge was very requestable. The location is very good and the environment is clean and organized.

It was excellent. Claudionor is a great person! The house was clean and tidy, the air conditioners are new and the pool is excellent, it has a very good space next to it.

Our 2nd stay with Glaucia, there have been improvements in the house since our first stay, such as repair of areas, installation of a side door and a clothes tank that we liked and missed from last time. The house is small and cozy and is well equipped with kitchen utensils, hot shower and new fans in the room (+ air-conditioning). It has already become our favorite house in Mosqueiro and is worth it for those who want to relax in the pool enjoying a calm and quiet neighborhood

If you think about visiting São Luís, I have no doubt that this house is the best option. It's even hard to describe the feeling of peace, privacy, and the beauty of the place. It exceeded expectations and I'm thinking about coming back. Perfect for group travel. Host Nagib and Lilian welcomed us wonderfully and made us feel at home.

We loved staying at Sandra's cottage. I was a little worried about the distance from the center, as we were without a car. But it was very peaceful, although there is no Uber, there are a lot of taxis available. And all the tours we took picked us up and dropped us off at home. Access to the river is a big plus. The house is very well-equipped, and very pleasant, we felt at home.

Perfect location, clean and organized accommodation. Some essential utensils were missing for the kitchen, but everything went well. The house is practically on the edge of the beach, there is the restaurant on Oiti Beach which is in front of the house, perfect place as well. We went to 17 people, very safe, people slept on the nets without any problems. we plan to come back for sure.

An excellent experience, the apartment was very clean and organized, the host very helpful, from the beginning of the hiring to the exit. However some points were a bit frustrating. - There is an image in the publicity of the beach apartment where to see the sunset, but the apartment in yes has no view to the sea, this was very frustrating. Another point that made us very upset was the question of the structure of the building, the elevator was always broken (I was stuck twice, but it soon came back), when we were going to talk about the problem at the reception, they pretended not to know or said they were already seeing. But I want to make it clear that the apartment itself is organized, clean, and still left us some snacks. I definitely recommend the host and will be staying with them again when I return to São Luís.

Andre is super attentive and gave us tips about the city that helped a lot! The distance to the beach can be done quietly in a walk. The apartment is cozy and functional!
