The house is great for small families. It has two rooms of equal size, and comfortable. Tati is a great help with housekeeping and breakfast. The pool is great for adults and kids too, as although deep it has a step for the little ones. We found everything clean and organized. It was a great stay

Excellent accommodation, the house is inside a condo around a lot of nature, matching with Barra Grande. In addition, the Tati responsible for organizing the house served us very well and was an amazing host during our days there! The house is approximately 20 minutes walking from the center of Barra Grande and 10 minutes from the beach of Coqueiros/Ponta do Mutá.

It met my expectations; safe, cozy and very conveniently located place. Hostess Miria, very kind, accessible, attentive at all times to our needs; Gabriela is charming, concerned, she welcomed us exceptionally; Igno kept the garden perfect every day, and always shared information about the local flora. Wonderful place, beautiful surroundings and very well-kept garden and beautiful pool. Excellent location, an 8-minute walk to Nativos beach and a 10-minute walk to Quadrado, with a very steep climb. Spacious house, well distributed, with everything you need, well equipped; very nice bedrooms and bathrooms with air conditioning; the living room lacks air conditioning since the fans don't cool the room when the windows are closed because of the mosquitoes. Towel and sheet service, they changed them for us after 3 days. Nice terrace, on the edge of a mangrove, where we were visited several times by a family of beautiful monkeys. Wonderful vacation.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning property! The location is simply unbeatable / nestled in a tranquil and safe condomínio with direct access to an empty, pristine beach. It felt like our own private paradise. The house itself is a masterpiece, beautifully designed to blend seamlessly with nature. Every detail of the architecture made us feel connected to the serene surroundings, creating a sense of peace and relaxation throughout our stay. What truly elevated our experience, though, was the incredible housekeeper, Máximo, and his assistant, Rafaela. For an additional cost, he not only hosted us but also prepared the most amazing meals for our group. His cooking is extraordinary, and his warm personality made us feel right at home. We traveled with our family to Ana’s house and it was everything we expected and more. The house is incredible! Super clean and well made. The beds were awesome and the showers even better. They had a cleaning lady every day so the house was spotless at all times. We also had a lady named Ivone coming to cook our breakfast and lunch and she was amazing. We all had an amazing experience and we are definitely coming back. What an incredible finding!!

The place is wonderful, a house in the middle of nature and with access to Tivoli Resort. Paula is an excellent hostess, with quick and easy communication. Maria, the employee who received us is very kind and cook very well!

The Casa Nossa Villa is an inexplicable place of good! I had a short stay of 4 nights super enjoyable. The house is charming, everything of absolute good taste. Super clean, well furnished, equipped, goes beyond the comfortable, the weather there is pleasure, wonderful energy. Host Chris, more than solicitous, was very kind and gave us valuable tips for our script. And the amazing plus, the delicious breakfast, with wonderful people taking care of us. Thank you for everything!

Where to start… Hosts were friendly, had fast responses and great recommendations. The staff did everything they could at every opportunity for us. Breakfasts had everything you could imagine. The house was spotless and we were looked after for every question we had. The space itself consists of 3 small houses, we were fortunate to be the only ones booked in for our week in Caraíva so had the entire space to ourselves. The house is beautiful with wonderful spaces, wildlife and Furnature. Sitting on the hammock while eating some pão de queijo and watching the sunrise. Perfect. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main port, can be accessed from multiple directions too which is great! The beach is about 2 minutes away. A walk to the shops or to the closest restaurants is also a few minutes. If I’m coming back to Caraíva, I’m coming here. Perfection from start to finish.

Rómulo’s home was outstanding. This is truly a paradise with beautiful trees and plants, a welcoming layout, and a sparkling pool. We enjoyed the stunning beauty of this home, and loved being so close to the beach. We will be back soon!

The structure of the house is very good, Andre is very attentive.

We booked with this place because the place is simply fantastic. The pictures really don't do the house justice – it's an oasis of peace, with an eye for detail in everything, both in and around the house. It offers plenty of privacy and is maintained and cleaned with a lot of care and love by "the neighbors" – a somewhat older couple that we only saw for a while in the five days we were here. The description says there are two dogs, but we only saw one (Yoeri). And what a sweetheart! A quiet, gentle dog who hasn't barked at all during that time. The area is beautiful, but keep in mind that it is about a 15-minute drive to the nearest village, half of which runs on a road that is not very easy to walk. Still, it was fine – we didn't need a 4x4. Precisely that secluded location gives the place that special feeling of silence and tranquility. In short: we'd love to come back!

A place to slow down, with lots of greenery, in front of a calm beach. Good place to stay with family. With good places nearby to snack, supermarkets, enjoy a bar and buy delicious cakes and delicious bread.

We were looking for a colorful house with private garden and pool. This was exactly what we were looking for. The house is spacious, the bedrooms with good mattresses and private bathrooms are fine. The garden, with small monkeys (!) one morning, was wonderful to sit in. The pool and garden were well maintained even during our stay. The house is not luxurious, but we are not looking for that either. The neighbor has a cake shop. Well worth figuring out something there. At the end of the street towards the beach is restaurant/ bar Max and Girlene. We ate there often and with great pleasure. On weekends there is a bar on the beach, on weekdays it is lovely and quiet. The ordinary residential area is very pleasant because she is away from the hustle and bustle, Salvador is easily accessible by Uber. We had a wonderful time here and if we were to be in Brazil again this is definitely a stop to make again. Jerusa was always very quick to respond to questions that make you feel seen as a guest.

Over the weekend to celebrate the end of the holidays we had a wonderful stay. Raquel and her husband are very kind and attentive... They were very dear and welcomed us with a pizza dough prepared by him (wonderful... the pizzas were great) and the firewood already arranged ... The pizza oven was a separate fun! The house is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped, with a spectacular view of the beach. The pool and barbecue area is stunning and provided us with delicious moments! Everything was beautiful, organized and brought us a lot of comfort! The objects and furniture of the house are a true work of art, in perfect harmony with the environment, making the place very cozy. Raquel gave us valuable tips for sightseeing and places to eat. She knows everything about the area! The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, all the rooms scented and organized with great affection and care! It was an excellent weekend! We definitely recommend it and intend to return!

I have never been in such a complete home in Arraial. Even though my accommodations are brief. The house is spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condominium is beautiful! We love the tour tips too, sorry that this time we are passing through and there was no time. Thank you to the entire team! The host is wonderful, always prestation. I will refer friends for sure

Wonderful house, we had a great stay. - very nice pool, everyone (children and adults) had a great time - large rooms, with lots of space, comfort and everything of great quality - impeccable food (for those who can and want to spend an extra on the cooks - real Chefs) - daily cleaning with great whimsy Very high recommendation on our side. Outdoor and interior area of the flawless house. I received my guests with excellence. Fernando great host. Junior very attentive caregiver. Nilzete, a very careful employee in the cleaning, respectful and trustworthy person.(Host employee) and it is possible to hire daily. I felt at home. I had WONDERFUL times.
