Everything was perfect! Excellent communication, clean and functional apartment.

It was a passionate stay, for sure I will go back to Danilo's apartment, as the place is clean, fragrant and with delicious towels. All well tidy and functioning perfectly, things new and with little use. Very well taken care of. I stayed during the carnival period and loved it too much. It sits next to the end of the circuit and for those who like the party is a strategic location. If it depends on me I will be there at the next carnival for sure. I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay in this apartment in Barra, Salvador. Location is great - close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were outstanding in service level, always helpful and responding within a few minutes on whatever question or request we may have. The apartment is well equipped with all you need for some days on vacation, and everything is in good condition. Would definitely choose to stay with Sérgio E Lisie again!

Ângelo's space met my expectations, close to the Costa Azul Park, a very quiet region to be in. In addition, he was extremely helpful and clear from the moment of booking.

The apartment is impeccable, everything is exactly as shown in the photos and description, it's really worth it, the only annoying thing is the concierge who is remote and took a long time to register us, and there is no parking space, so taking the bags out of the car, waiting for the remote concierge staff is stressful

Everything exactly as advertised, spacious and comfortable house, great gated community and relatively close to the center, as well as very close to the beach. Larissa was a great host.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable! I loved the decoration and arrangement of the rooms. Our stay took place all as scheduled. The pool is delicious, super warm water! The house is located in a very quiet condominium, many houses still under construction, I don't know if it was the time we were, but we hardly found it with other residents/guests. The site is about 35 min from the beach center of the fort, we highly recommend car rental! Mariana the host was wonderful, always replied when I needed it very kindly. We definitely indicated and would come back!

Accommodation consistent with the described. Close to the beach and the shopping area. Very airy house and with many useful utensils to stay. Very comfortable beds. Large living room and kitchen. One bedroom with an integrated bathroom and another social bathroom with a bathroom. Ares conditioned icy in both rooms. Anyway, great choice.

Since the first contact Renato was super attentive and careful with our needs and responds quickly to messages. We love to spend these days in your house, a clean, organized environment, with everything we need basic, I already knew the condominium but the location of the house is great, close to the beach, from the side gate we have practically left on the beach, in the period there were no loud noises around even though it was Carnival, it is a place with a perfect view of the sea to rest and enjoy nature! His house is very beautiful and organized and close to the beach. We want to come back again!

The house is beautiful, superbly decorated and with a wonderful backyard, a true haven! The kitchen is super complete, full of utensils that made our stay much easier. The caretaker was amazing, super helpful, and the host was very attentive and helpful all the time. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to have a cozier common space to relax in addition to the room, something like a corner with beanbags or sofas, ideal for sitting, chatting and hanging out with friends. We also miss thicker curtains in some environments, which would help ensure more privacy. Otherwise, we loved the stay and, with these adjustments, the experience can be even more amazing for the next guests.

Here is my thanks to the owner Moema, the property is even better in person, great pool, clean rooms with air conditioning in perfect operation, functional kitchen, a large space of land and supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Quiet environment and easy access to places! Important for those who want to do business or go to meetings! View of the sea from the balcony to relax after a busy day. It has everything in the apartment as shown in the photos, plus a swimming pool and weight training area. I've recommended it to friends and recommend it to anyone who wants what the images and description of the place show! Beyond my expectations! Very polite and helpful host!

Everything is spectacular. The complex is spotless. The common spaces are very useful and are constantly being cleaned/ taken care of. The pool is very much enjoyed in the evening hours since at 6 pm it is already night here. The plants and vegetation are very well cared for and give it a special touch. Regarding the apartment the location is close to the beach and downtown and supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is very tidy, clean to have an excellent stay. Good bed, good shower. Thiago is constantly communicating in case we need something and I give us a lot of useful information about the area

Rozilda was very responsive, friendly and kind. Place is neat, tidy, and matched description. Location is great, very close to Largo da Mariquita in Rio Vermelho and in front of a supermarket. We do not miss air-conditioning in the apartment, the fans take care of it! We don't get hot <3 I highly recommend Rozilda's apartment in case you don't need Wifi!

The apartment is new and very nice. The condominium is well equipped and has extremely friendly staff. The river at the bottom of the condominium was our preferred location. The only feather was the high cost of the tours in Baixio to the lagoons, especially for large families, but we were able to enjoy the condominium areas a lot. About the apartment, a suggestion would be to include a ceiling fan, at least in the living room. The rooms are air-conditioned, which is perfect, but because it is facing the west, the apartment is very hot in the living room during the day. Besides that, everything was excellent!

The stay was wonderful. The condominium structure is great and the apartment too. It is a place to rest. Paula was extremely polite and solicitous. The fact of accepting pet wins my heart!

The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful. The apartment is comfortable, beautiful and very well located. In addition to its own apt, the condominium offers amenities such as a swimming pool with a wonderful view, a gym and a lot of security. We spoke little to Lucas because everything was very well prepared to welcome us. When needed he was quick and kind! I highly recommend:)

We had a great stay at Karla's apartment. Great for kids, with easy access to the pool. Very quiet and uncrowded condominium, we took advantage of the parking lots and courts. The beach is quite empty, peaceful to walk. Karla was always attentive to my questions. We also used the services of the driver Elival, whom she recommended, and he was very helpful and punctual.
