A beautiful boat (Stevenvlet) where you can relax, even in winter , because the super heater keeps it nice and warm. The boat is located on the Woude , located on our jetties at Restaurant 't Kombof. De Woude is an island with 160 inhabitants. You get on the ferry that takes you to the other side in a few minutes and you are immediately on holiday. You can take a beautiful walk on the island. The Woude is centrally located. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam, Alkmaar or at the beach.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

This unique accommodation has its own unique style. It is an old beach cottage that has become a beautiful contemporary cottage, with a fantastic view over the meadows. From your bed you look through the French doors to the meadows and you can enjoy the morning sun. At the front, you can see the "Stelling van Amsterdam" and over the meadows. From the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. Really a beautiful place.
