We needed a place to stay for a wedding at Dodson Farms. Four adults from out of town drove in, and this place was perfect. Great location. Close to everything. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Very clean. Loved the decor and vibe of the house. We all were very happy with this Airbnb. Would definitely recommend for what ever your needs are.

Tornadoes all across the southeast ruined our original plans, but Dawn was very accommodating and helped us push our trip back a week and still do most of what we planned. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Five of us went up for preview weekend at state. Plenty of room. Make sure you put in cannon ford and then follow the directions from there otherwise gps will likely take you a way you cannot enter. Also, zero body soap or shampoo and conditioner. Long list of things to do at the end-strip sheets, etc. I would stay here again and knowing these things would make it a better experience.

Great little place for a gateway !

This was the perfect place for two couples to stay for a game day. The unit was very clean and well stocked for our stay. Check-in was extremely easy. Highly recommend.

Great location to everything on campus. Thoughtfully decorated and extra conveniences (shampoo and detergent) were appreciated. Super soft, comfy linens which is super important to us!

I simply loved the place, I felt like home. I stayed for 6 weeks for a business trip and I never felt like something was missing or wrong, I just really enjoyed my stay. The kitchen was very useful and the the bedroom just as comfortable. Jennifer was really kind, her place is super recommended! So, thank you so much for everything! I hope I’ll have the chance to come back

This unit was a great location in a good area for us. Kerri, the host , was very quick to answer any questions we had.

The facilities exceeded my expectations. I had to adjust my plans to further my stay due to flight cancelation. Tyler was very responsive. I would highly recommend his place, and if I have occasion to be in that part of Mississippi, I would hope that his place is available.

Perfectly close to Cotten district environment but far enough away that you don’t get the noise from it.
