The cottage is located in close proximity to the forest in a semi-secluded area in the small village of Václavov. You will find absolute privacy and peace. The accommodation is suitable for year-round recreation for friendly families or a group of friends. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful sunny terrace. We have wifi, parking is right next to the house. In the garden you will find a covered seating area with a fireplace, barbecue, children's swings, slide, trampoline, bicycle shed. In summer, you can take both hiking and cycling trips around Czech Canada. The town of Slavonice is 7 km away.

Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Do you want to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle and routine and relax or experience some adventure in nature? In our cabin in the seclusion of the forest, you can relax beautifully and completely switch off. You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

Time out from everyday life

EVERYONE is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG HOUSE on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included in the price. For NÖ-Card holders, but also without a card, we are very central to various destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberger Adventure Gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. February to Easter holidays limited operation. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Accommodation Srázná

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, die Unterkunft geräumig (ca 200m2 auf 2 Ebenen). Das Haus bietet problemlos Platz für 2 Familien mit einer Kapazität von 8 Personen. Der wunderschöne Garten ist ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Große Rasenflächen ermöglichen Groß und Klein das Ballspielen.

My flat is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families (up to 4 kids). Grocery stores & restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the Gänsgraben to Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony.
