There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. There's only one bathroom in this apartment which is in the bedroom. This apartment has a pretty large terrace, though. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.

Enjoy relaxing days in the middle of the Swiss mountains. The small but fine house is located exactly between Engelberg and Lucerne. The former stable was converted into a charming home a good 30 years ago and renovated and newly furnished a few months ago with a lot of love for detail. The beautiful wood paneling gives the house a homely charm. A small paradise where you can relax and unwind. Far away from the hustle and bustle and yet very central.

what a wonderful place! everything was neat and clean. there was a laundry room where we could do the dishes. fridge was a bit small. nice that we could also sit outside under the canopy, so in the shade or dry in the rain.

There's much to say about the place. I've booked my stay off season May 8th to 11th, when the Gondebahn from Emmetten to Stockhutte wasn't operational. I used the waldibahn self service cable car to get on top. The views are truly breathtaking. Andrea was kind and welcoming. As for my room, it was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast mainly consisted of scrambled eggs, fruits, bread and cheese, cornflakes with milk and yogurt. The cats were chill and always open for cuddles. I cant really think of anything negative about the place.

The location has stunning views both from inside and outside with two patios to choose from and made an excellent base for our holiday. We thoroughly recommend the location!

This place is magical!! You have to get the sky loft room with the bathtub an breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. You did need a rental car to book this place. But it’s worth it.
