We invite you to stay in our private, remodeled guest house. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on University Avenue, in a safe and sought-after neighborhood in Downtown Palo Alto. The guest house was recently renovated and has a gorgeous bay window, air conditioning, two skylights, and a spa-like bathroom. We pride ourselves in keeping it absolutely spotless. The studio cottage is 200 square feet. It’s perfect for a single person but can also accommodate a couple.

Conveniently nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Barron Park in Palo Alto, in Silicon Valley. Perfect for work trips, visiting family/friends, or proximity to Stanford. A 12 min bike ride to Stanford campus, and 5 min drive to California Avenue shops & restaurants. A 4 min stroll to Bol Park to see the famous Barron Park donkeys. Please note, this unit is unable to host assistance animals due to resident’s dog phobia and a sensitive elderly cat. Thank you for understanding.

The cottage is nestled in the rear of our backyard, detached from the main house.

Quiet garden cottage in a sweet backyard. Can accommodate two people in a queen bed. Private entrance and bathroom. College Terrace is close to Stanford campus, easily reached by foot, shuttle bus, bike, or car. Feel free to use our bikes. This is a no smoking cottage, and we would prefer no pets.
