Small, clean apartment in the basement

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Historic chalet (Jura chalet)

Das Jura-Chalet liegt direkt gegenüber vom Schloß Eggersberg. Hier finden Sie ein Cafe und ein Restaurant sowie ein schöner weitläufiger Schloßgarten. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich folgende Touristenattraktionen: Rosenburg, Kloster Plankstetten, Kloster Weltenburg, Befreiungshalle Kelheim, Donaudurchbruch und viele schöne Wanderwegen direkt vor der Haustüre. The apartment is located in a family-friendly apartment building and is fully furnished and equipped! It is possible to accommodate additional guests in the living room! Hofstetten Castle / Ingerle Hermitage

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for a stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
