This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

The chalet Chalet Bergfreund in Valdaora/Olang is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view. This 3-storey chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Lioda Costa

Wonderful chalet surrounded by nature away from roads and population centers. It can be reached by following the path that leads to the top of Monte Rite, to Messner's "Museum in the Clouds". One of the most surprising features of the chalet is its panoramic position, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomites... a view that can be admired from the inside as well as from the comforts.

The apartment is on the second floor and is in turn spread over 2 floors. The accommodation consists of a living area with a large equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bar, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery.
