The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The annexe consists of a bright and airy bedroom/ sitting room upstairs and a kitchen diner with small shower room downstairs The sitting room leads onto a large balcony overlooking a large pond and countryside views The town of Dorchester is 15 miles away with access to the Jurassic coast about a 40 minute drive away

Located close to the centre of Templecombe Village, Hill House Cottage is a charming, self-contained wing of a Grade II listed early 18th century house. The property has been renovated to a high standard with exposed stonework, flagstone floors, and a lovely wood burning stove in the sitting room, creating a very special holiday accommodation. The cottage is within walking distance of a convenience store, fish and chip shop and the nearest pub is less than 1 mile away.
