Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Stair of the Turks

Excellent location, a lot of space inside, very quiet however walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We were there in March with our little baby. Everything was in bloom and we felt like we were in the Garden of Eden. It's very quiet, only a few times a day a train passes by. The dog is very trusting, especially with our baby. You can wonderfully spend whole days on the property: there is a small children's playground, a beautiful pool with views of the hills and fields, an olive grove, a vegetable and herb garden, a beautiful shady terrace, a barbecue area. A perfect place for us as a family, or for couples or friends. We had the whole place to ourselves - so if you're traveling alone, you have to like the solitude. :-) The Valle dei Templi in Agrigent is 40 minutes by car, as well as some beautiful beaches and the Scala dei Turchi. In short: a beautiful place with great value for money. Communication with the hosts was very easy.

This was a beautiful Oasis on the southern coast of Sicily. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcello. he was extremely helpful and the property is very well stocked. This is a very special place that is serene and peaceful. We used it as our base of operations to visit various archaeological sites in the area and we're very happy to be able to return back here in listen to the ocean from the veranda. I will definitely return to this property if I am visiting southern Sicilia again.

Calogera is a warm and available host, the accommodation is very comfortable and spacious with excellent bedding. The neighborhood is quiet, you can park your car in the courtyard if it's small. This was not our case but there are facilities to park nearby. Calogera has prepared breakfast as cafes and restaurants are mostly closed on Easter Sunday. We recommend this very convenient and authentic place to stay.

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

What an amazing location! The house is exactly as described -quiet, right on the beach, all amenities as listed. Miki gave us recommendations for the area. Overall a wonderful trip!

It has a great location and a great view. It was so kind of them to pick us up from the station. Very clean and practical. We really enjoyed our stay in this house.

We spent 5 days at Filippo's place and it was a great stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a very large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and palm trees. The beach and restaurants with delicious food are just a few steps away. We were looked after by Giuseppe, who turned out to be a very helpful, friendly, and attentive caretaker. It was a great vacation:)

Location tops all! Lovely, spacious, comfortable two bedroom apartment in an excellent location in a historic old palazzo. We loved the different tile floors. Felt very secure.

A little paradise in Sciacca! Our time at this wonderful place was just great. The location couldn't be better - with breathtaking views of the ocean and harbor we enjoyed every day. What made our stay truly memorable was the warmth of Mariana, her brother and her mother. They welcomed us with so much warmth and were incredibly helpful - far beyond what we ever expected. We felt not only as guests, but almost like friends. This place is an absolute gem in Sciacca. If you are looking for a cozy, beautifully located accommodation with warm hosts, this is the place to be.

You will have a perfect stay at Maddalena’s luxury apartment. When walking in you will find a beautiful open space with an outstanding view of the sea. Step outside and look slightly left and you will see the Temple of Concordia and other “Temples “ of the Valley. Great showers! Comfortable beds! There was a beautiful bowl of fresh Sicilian oranges in the fridge along with a large starter bottle of water and yogurt. Maddalena was kind and checked in daily! Plus the bus stop for the Temples of the Valley was just out the front door. Historic area is 5 min walk. As I said PERFECT!

We only stayed 1 night in Agrigento and the apartment is ideally located to quickly reach the bus station and main train station, but still quietly located. Particularly at the apartment is the roof terrace, which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase.

This is our second time staying at this location because we love it so much! It has beautiful views and is walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend.

Staying in Sergio and Gabrielle’s penthouse was a highlight of our trip. The view of the temples is unbeatable, and the design of the apartment is striking and creative. The bathroom was the best we’ve had—just perfect. Sergio went above and beyond, offering beverage and pastries and sharing his knowledge of Sicily’s history. An unforgettable experience!

Alessia and Andrea were in contact at all times. They were very attentive and were aware of our arrival, which was delayed and was almost at night. The apartment is new, nice, spacious and has everything you need. It's impeccable. It's ideal for going with a vehicle as it has parking inside the property and is very safe. It is located 15/20 minutes from the Valley of the Temples and McDonald's.

We had a great time at Teresa's place. The neighborhood is quiet and located 5 min drive from Scala dei Turchi. Thanks to Teresa for her welcome, availability and recommendations. We'll be sure to come back to her place if we have the chance.

This is an absolutely magical spot surrounded by gardens and olive trees, with a spectacular view of the Temples and Mediterranean Sea. I’d been eyeing this spot for over a year, and it surpassed my expectations. After adventuring through the ruins, we enjoyed a five star meal right across the street that Anna Rita was kind enough to reserve for us. Finishing the night in the moonlit garden watching the glowing Valley of the Temples was pure magic. I stayed one night with my adult son and his friend and Anna made the bedroom space separated for us. It was a hilly (but manageable) walk to town for the Almond Blossom Festival, and Anna even greeted us with fresh almonds from the property. I dream of coming back to spend more time!

Top location with beautiful view and helpful host

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

Beautiful apartment, small but comfortable and delicious, just a short walk from the old town of the city. Between alleys and staircases you immediately feel immersed in a comfortable and familiar environment, with the main churches of the city within walking distance. The home looks clean and has all the comforts as described in the listing. The brothers who manage the structure were immediately extremely helpful and kind, helping us reach the area and giving us all the useful directions, on foot and by car, also for the next sightseeing tour we took in our one-night couple's stay. We absolutely recommend this apartment, even for a multi-day stay that makes you fully enjoy the wonders of Agrigento and its surroundings!

We didn't want to leave. It was fantastically beautiful and simply magnificent. Salvo is an incredibly lovely host. We felt at home through his warm and accommodating hospitality. Coffee, oil and more were already there for us. Everything was also lovingly ready in the bathroom. I am currently undergoing a heavy grief phase and am very grateful to Salvo for his endless helpfulness. We highly recommend this fantastic accommodation. A car is an advantage. By the way, this can also be safely stored on the property. We would come back any time. Thanks for everything 😀🙏
