House vacation rentals in Stair of the Turks

Really enjoyed having a private pool with lots of area to relax with friends. Having the view of mountains from the terrace and pool area was a massive plus. We had a a bit of problem with the house but the owner quickly arranged something to fix the issue which is a sign that you don’t have to be stressed out with the owner even when something happens.

We had a great stay with Lorenzo and Fransesca. Super nice welcoming hosts in a little private house on the property with an amazing view. We were spoiled with the owners wine and olive oil from their own production. Pool area was super nice and calm. Our place was well furnished with good cooking pans, furniture, nice plates etc…decorated with taste. Host always ready to help with any question. We felt very welcome. A place that we highly recommend if you look for peace and quiet in a beautiful environment.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

What a beautiful place: our part of the house is clean and convenient, well insulated from the rest of the house. The swimming pool is just splendid, the garden is very clean and wooded. Antonio takes care of his home and his hosts. Recommended this place. We had a great stay. Well located for visiting temples and Agrigento, San Leon, Torre Salsa, Scala dei Turchi.... you still need a vehicle.

Fantastic location immersed in tranquility and greenery. Very well-kept and well-equipped common spaces. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. Great starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Alberto and the family are extremely welcoming. The swimming pool is the real must. Highly recommended!

The place is very pleasant, quiet, in a very pleasant environment. We had breakfast outside on our private terrace and it was nice!

A very beautiful environment amid olive, orange and lemon trees. The large bay windows allow you to enjoy the spectacle of nature. The accommodation is spacious, special mention to the bathroom of the master bedroom, very pretty. Kids enjoyed the small above-ground pool. Selinunte is not far and the small town of Sciacca is also 10 minutes away for shopping. A nice memory!

The apartment has a great view of the sea and has everything you need as a family. Attractions in the area are easily accessible by car from the apartment. Walter is very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable!

My stay at Assuntina’s place was perfect from the start when her lovely daughter and husband picked me up inside the train station and carried my heavy luggage down flights of stairs to their car. True hospitality! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It was a nice quiet area. I loved my stay in Agrigento. At the end they took me to the bus stop and made sure which bus I needed to take before leaving. The hosts were the best!

Conveniently located for exploring Agrigento, with on street parking. Loved the terrace and its sweeping views out to the sea.

We spent 2 weeks at Chiara's house in late winter (couple with dogs). Chiara was always very responsive, and we were met by a guide to help us find the house at 9:30pm which we much appreciated. The house was very comfortable, generous and cosy and perfect to rest. Smartly designed place. We loved the view, the quiet of the surroundings, to be able to walk to the most stunning beaches, and the gorgeous hinterland including the Torre Salsa reserve. Montallegro has its own charme, there is much to see in the vicinity, but really there was no need for us to go anywhere as the house, view and ocean was so wonderful. We hope to be back!

Great location close to the centre. The host was communicative and helpful. Not much to say about the accomodation, everything was clean and as advertized. I would recommend it :)

What a great AirBnB experience in Agrigento! We would certainly recommend the Alika Apartment. Our host, Concettina, was so friendly and welcoming. And she’s done such a great renovation within this apartment. We were able to make a home- cooked meal, which was such a nice change from dining out the last few weeks. This was the perfect location for visiting the Valley of the Temples; we’d highly recommend a sunset tour with Get Your Guide. And it gave you a real taste of what it might feel like to live like a local in this neighborhood!

We met Giovanna with family outside a restaurant in the harbor area. The apartment is a short walk away with a great view over the harbor. We missed nothing in regards to interior and will stay again next time we visit Sicilia. The hosts asked us if they could help us carry our luggage as the entrance to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs from the harbor. Parking spots are available in the near area (100m diameter).

Cozy house consistent with the context. Everything works perfectly and complete beyond our expectations. As specified by Monica, the house is isolated, we suggest staying with another couple. Highly recommended for those who love tranquility even in August.

Giuseppe and his wife were friendly and very kind. Impeccable cleanliness. The accommodation matches the description and photos: the kitchen is super equipped, the veranda is the top, the climate is ideal for August and we were in peace and quiet . Being a country house, the street is a little narrow and dirt. In the evening if you are too tired, the veranda is a real treat and if you are in the morning, the morning after the coffee... a book and wait for the whole family to wake up. Giuseppe has a garden and left me some delicious tomatoes. The place is well connected to the neighboring villages and the beach of Bovo Marina is beautiful... there is free parking just behind the paid one (Giuseppe's tip) there is a beautiful pine forest and free beach and beaches I recommend Hakuna Matata (tt new, they are very kind and super organized). Spacious rooms, very comfortable location with street parking. Kitchen equipped with everything you need in addition to washing machine for those who stayed for several days. Inside it was a little cold but luckily there was air conditioning and an electric stove. Very fast check-in and check-out. If you stop in Ravanusa for work or vacation, this B&B is highly recommended

The house was lovely, and the host is very nice! The house is close from Naro castle, and you can easily explore Naro by foot (there is space in the street to park your car easily). The house is fully equipped with everything you could need for a stay of several day. Naro is a lovely little town. You can easily access the south coast of Sicily by car. The temple valley is only 25mins away! The host is incredibly nice, helpful and always answer quickly if you need anything ! Thank you again!

House located in the historic center of Sciacca but a few steps from the most social side! Comfortable place, with every comfort and a stratospheric wifi! Although you can't park along the street of the house, it was easy to find a place in the main square 2 minutes from the accommodation! Walter was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home and recommending many places to visit and where to eat! From the house it is easy to reach the beaches by car!

As a guest, it is always very appreciated to stay in an apartment where you feel all the host's investment to make their place as pleasant as possible. Anna put so much care in the decoration, the highlighting of this beautiful space, and the comfort, that you immediately feel good there. The large terrace is really very pleasant and functional. As for the welcome, what to say, except that it is exceptional. Last point: Naro is a small town with very little tourism, although close to Agrigento, which benefits from being visited. It is absolutely necessary to stop there for a few days and stay at Anna's place to appreciate all the serenity and richness.
