Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The small village belongs to the municipality of Stahnsdorf and has a swimming lake and excursion opportunities. To Potsdam to the Dutch Quarter - 13 km, to Sanssouci - 14 km and to the main train station - 12 km. To Berlin (main station 27 km; Brandenburg Gate 26 km; airport 32 km). It is recommended to arrive by car.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. It has a living and dining area, a bedroom with box spring bed & a bathroom. In the living area, the sofa bed also has 2 sleeping places. The apartment is located on the first floor/basement and is 45 square meters.

Kick back and relax in this calm and cozy space overlooking the countryside. The living space is about 34 square meters plus roof terrace, where there is also a small cooking facility. If necessary, 2 additional guests could be accommodated on mattresses for an extra charge. Folding bikes can be provided if necessary.
