Great place to stay in Fredericksburg with a great location near downtown.

This was our third stay at Vickie's place and it never disappoints. So close to Middlebutg but yet in a tranquil setting.

Exact description! If your looking for peace and quiet, you found it! Preston and his family were great hosts. Communicated very easily. Also gave great recommendations for local ideas of travel. The orange tabby cat outside the door every day was extra special. She warmed my heart! The bathroom floored was heated, an extra bonus! Thank you Preston and family!

Great place- right next to the golf cart rentals which was amazing! Seven minute walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again it was a lovely trip!

My family and I had an incredible experience here. Our son was thrilled with the place, and its beachside location was perfect. We'll definitely be booking again. Only problem was the thermostat not working but overall it was an amazing stay!!!

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight. The spotless home and comfortable space felt like a home away from home. Chris’s guest house is a charming cottage on its own grounds directly overlooking the water with a jetty and an osprey nest just off the beach. Chris is a friendly host who lives on the next house up the road and is always available with tips and recommendations without being intrusive. The house is clean and warm. Sylvia really enjoyed a wonderful experience with a ride on our hosts’ motor launch around the myriads of nearby creeks and bays- unforgettable!

As always, just an awesome getaway! The minute I pull up to the cottage and look out at the water, any stress just disappears. I’ve been coming here for a number of years and Angela and her cottage are second to none!! Angela is a wonderful host and provides great directions and recommendations and the cottage is just perfect. Thank you Angela for having this little gem!!!

We had such a lovely stay at this cute cottage! It was cozy, clean, and had such a peaceful vibe. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio—it was the perfect spot to unwind. The location couldn’t have been better: a quiet, safe neighborhood in Alexandria, super close to Washington D.C., and we had no issues with parking at all! Heather was a wonderful host—very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will stay here again in the future!

We had a WONDERFUL time! The location can’t be beat - 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from a great brewery, and less than 10 min to the main boardwalk. The house itself was clean, nicely updated, and was beautifully furnished. They even had beach towels and wagons we could use! I would highly recommend staying here.

My friends and I immediately felt relaxed and cared for in this delightful home. We loved that it was right on the water and that we could enjoy seeing the Potomac River from so many rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Sue is a thoughtful and very pleasant host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at Emily’s! It was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We were in town for the horse show so we didn’t get to spend lots of time there but I loved having coffee outside in the mornings and watching the horses graze in the fields. We would definitely come back and stay here, we loved it!

Colonial Beach was the perfect destination for a girls kid-free weekend away and Matthew’s cottage was super cute and the ideal place to stay! Matthew was very knowledgeable of the town and had excellent recommendations on just about everything. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials. The house is in a great location and we were able to walk just a short distance to the beach and many restaurants. Dockside Tiki Bar on a Saturday night was the highlight of the trip, very fun live band and beautiful view of the sunset! El Toro Mexican restaurant is hidden in a strip mall but definitely worth a try for delicious Mexican food and margaritas! Would 100% stay at Matthew’s place for another visit to CB!

This is a great location. We found this in hopes that we could get all our fishing boats in and accommodate everyone. Very nicely decorated and appointed with deck table seating for 14 a nice fire ring and jacuzzi. Host was fantastic great communication and can’t wait to see what they do with the other building on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The cottage is completely remodeled and provides a great space for a small family to interact and enjoy the lake. We had a mix of cooking on the Blackstone/kitchen and eating at some of the local restaurants on the lake. Christine and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful week on the lake. We used paddleboards and rented boats and wave runners from the local marinas. Smores by the fire pit were a bonus!

An amazing stay for our group! It was a beautiful and peaceful environ and the house and local neighborhood had some fantastic amenities and perks that we were fully encouraged to enjoy and take advantage of. We had a full group of 8 people and and it was perfect for our needs.

The house is even cuter in person, and extremely clean. The hosts have literally thought of everything. Every time I would think “I wonder if they have…?” there it would be. The bed was extremely comfortable, hosts respond very quickly, and the neighborhood was super safe and peaceful. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in town.

Lindy was a wonderful host and her place was just perfect for us. We booked it to be close to where our son was getting married and it was just great. She left us farm fresh eggs and some breakfast goodies which was much appreciated!! The bed was very comfortable and the property was very calm, peaceful and quiet. Everything was spotless too. Really recommend!

Cute tiny house, fun farm environment with baby goats and a miniature donkey. A little too cool to use the pool, but that will be nice for those who visit in the summer. A good value for the price, and quiet (except for the donkey occasionally, LOL.)
