The spacious vacation home is ideal for trips to Munich (40 min.)Augsburg (45 min.) and the Alps (from approx. 1 hour). Railway station is only 5 min. away. But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it has drafts, that the window is stuck and here and there the plaster is crumbling, you should definitely read on and visit the "Haus am Hügel".

The spacious farmhouse from 1650 is very well renovated and lovingly and practically furnished. It is suitable for families including grandparents/parents-in-law/parents. Children are welcome. Lechbruck is relatively small but has a good infrastructure: 3 supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, various restaurants and an Italian ice cream parlor.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Just relax and unwind – in this quiet, stylish place. The house, built in 1898 and lovingly restored by us in 2023, is located quietly and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche are nearby. In the evening, you can end the day with a glass of wine by one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: On the first floor, a large, open living-dining area offers space for cozy hours, alternatively in nice weather on the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.

Die Einrichtung ist warm und gemütlich, perfekt für einen kreativen Ortswechsel. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir bitten darum keine Partys zu feiern, da es sich um eine ruhige Anlage handelt.
